I dealt with Sarah Carter from Customer Service about a delivery due today 23rd Drcember. I had ordered it on 30th November but had nothing ftom DPD re delivery. She was great... Re assured me delivery was scheduled for this afternoon and e mailed me the tracking details. A great company and I can highly recommend them.
I discovered this company almost accidentally, when my partner received a lovely hamper from a business he was dealing with. It was beautifully presented in a Union Jack box, and filled with wonderful goodies such as chilli jam, gorgeous biscuits, fudge, oatcakes, very nice cheese, peppermint chocolates, tea, and much more, all laying in a bed of finely chopped paper made to look like straw. I was so impressed I made contact with the company, and thanks to the brilliant Charlotte on Client Services who obviously knows the website and the products inside out, have now reordered the same hamper as a surprise thank you for someone. I am certain I will order more. The range is fantastic and the prices very reasonable for what you get. There is also the current bonus of free delivery, although I'm sure that won't last forever! Thank you Simply Thank you and Charlotte. I would urge any one reading this to use this company should you be thinking of sending a hamper to someone. You won't go wrong.

My e-voucher didn't appear to arrive in my inbox(or spam) after filling in my unique code and pin number so emailed Simple Thank You about this problem. Although the standard email said they hoped to get back within 24hrs they actually got back to me and sorted out the problem within the hour. These hampers were a corporate Christmas gift and the selection of goodies contained was very much appreciated and well used. Thought and care had been given to the selection to cover all palettes and no items were left uneaten.

Website is really bad, communication is terrible. Avoid.
I was delighted to find an item on the website that was out of stock elsewhere and placed an order. Shortly afterwards I received my order confirmation and my card was debited. Saly, that was the last communciation I received from them. My card was refunded without any explanation a week after ordering. I can only assume that my order has been cancelled, though i have no idea why.

We have both had a gift from simply thank you recently. I had a hamper for my birthday, the selection of items in it was amazing, I am still enjoying them now.
My wife had a bouquet of flowers, they were beautiful and are still fresh and bright and smell lovely.
Would highly recommend this firm for gifts to be sent to a loved one.
