Excellent service received
I was sent a gift via this company in the run up to the Easter weekend. Unfortunately, it was held up at our local customs and by the time I was made aware of this (by local customs), the flowers would have been somewhat worse for wear. I called STY. com, explained the situation and they were most apologetic and arranged for a second delivery to make up for the first. I received it Friday afternoon with no customs difficulties this time, and am delighted both with the gift and the excellent service received from this company. Thank you. I would have no hesitation in recommending STY going forward.

Simply Stunning
I wanted to make Valentines Day even more special this year and, knowing how important Fresh flowers are to my gorgeous wife, I happened upon Simply Thank You and ordered them. Not only were they ready the same day, the bouquet was stunningly beautiful. So different, and better, than my normal M&S offering.
I was not prescriptive with the Simply Thank You team and allowed them to create the perfect bouquet which they did.
My wife adores them and commented that they must have come from a specialist florist as they were so special.
