I would not recommend this service as there are so many others that provided a detailed, professional cleaning job for the same price. My experience was that even the basic tasks of wiping surfaces and cleaning mirrors and appliances properly were not done. The company did offer to have someone come back and complete the jobs that were not done however this involves more time on the customers behalf to schedule and be home for and it was easier and quicker for me to just go around and finish the clean myself rather than risk another half-done job. For the price I would expect that you would take the time to lift things up from the bathroom and clean underneath them and overall it be noticeable that someone had actually come to clean!

Don't use this service if you value your time.
We were notified 10 minutes after our booking was due to start that the team would not be coming for another three hours - we booked 8am so no excuse for being delayed from another booking.
We have small children and planned our whole day around this booking as we have to get home for naps.
We were all standing in the kitchen, bags packed waiting to leave the house when we got a text message that was barely decipherable - no apologies included.
We're reasonable people but if we're going to part with $370 we expect the team to arrive at the time of the booking - not when they feel like it. So disappointed.
Hi Stephanie, we're so sorry about the delay to your service and the late notification. The cleaner originally assigned to your booking injured their back shortly before your scheduled start time. As soon as the team leader was informed, they worked quickly to try and arrange another team to get to you as soon as possible, which led to the later arrival time offered. They definitely should have notified you about the issue before your service was meant to start! That said, we absolutely understand how disruptive this was to your day and how unprofessional it must have felt from your perspective, which is why we've offered you a $100 voucher to use on another cleaning service. Unfortunately, despite 6 attempts to contact you via email and phone over the past few days, we have not heard back from you. We'd really like to make it up to you so please let us know if you'd be open to giving us a chance to do that for you.
EDIT: since responding to this review we have attempted to contact Stephanie 2 more times and increased the compensation offer to a free cleaning service but have still not received a response.

Update:
The company have reached out since and have gone out of their ways to offer a new clean to ensure the service I paid ford is actually provided. The person I talked to was very professional and followed-up regularly to ensure they would have a chance to make it up for this first experience.
The second clean was very good and I have nothing to complain about, the cleaner arrived on time and was professional, nice and friendly. Everything on the checklist has been done. I'm very satisfied with the service provided.

I’m deeply unsatisfied with the service provided.
First, the team that was supposed to come over was late and did not let me know they were running late. After 30 minutes, I had to contact the team leader to have an update. She was helpful and managed to find another cleaner to come 3 hours after my initial appointment.
The second cleaner arrived with 30 minutes late as well. He was very nice and friendly. However, he kept listening to a podcast without headphones and at an extremely loud volume (I could hear from the storey below). The quality of the work was not there either.
The basics were done but I paid for a deep clean and most of the checklist items were not completed:
There was a lot of dust remaining on the floor at various spots (corrected by the cleaner on the spot when mentioned).
The rubbish bins have not been emptied or replaced.
The inside of the microwave has not been cleaned.
The outside of appliances have not been cleaned, cabinets still show stains.
The cleaner told me the sink strainer was rusted but when I tried later that night, it just needed a scrub.
Mineral deposits and mould still visible in the bathroom.
Cleaning not performed correctly: balcony still has leaves, dust and cobwebs
Carpet still has crumbs on it.
Sadly, no efforts were made to clean properly, mainly cleaning around objects even if it's a pen on the floor!
I also noticed a damp smell in both bathrooms, I can’t say if it’s because of the products or the cloths used.
From organisation to execution, this is a miss.
