How people have rated this company over 2 stars is unbelievable. Damaged £3,000 wardrobes in transit and magically have CCTV to prove it wasn't them. The cracked & shattered glass must had just randomly appeard..! The best thing is staff admitted the damage was their fault & then denied it to the manager "Criag" who only replies to emails when he feels like it & talks pedantic towards customers. This company is absolutely appalling - Another great factor of SimplyPro - How staff refuse to unload the last van until full payment was made, making us out to be bad people after damaging our furniture. Avoid this company at all costs. Pay the extra for a company that actually cares about their work. Read ALL the comments & take notice of the 1 star reviews, especially how they all say the same thing!

Our team members also submitted signed condition reports at the start of the job confirming this.
