Totally brilliant. I've used SimplyPro removal and storage Ltd many a time, and they're always on time, helpful and uncomplaining about moving my massive boxes of books! The online booking service is good for estimating how much time you'll need.

They spam your email. Maybe they're good movers, I don't know because I was so annoyed that when the actual quote finally came through I just deleted it. None of the other local companies I tried do this. Even after you tell them to stop they don't unless you persist. There's no unsubscribe option on their emails. Pretty sure it's a GDPR violation at the least.

Gerry and Lacey did an amazing job with our move. They were friendly, efficient and helped everything to run smoothly. They did lots of dismantling and reassembling too. Would thoroughly recommend them for your move.

We used Simple Removals to move from our family house. They were very friendly and courteous on the move day and the price was competitive. We unfortunately had multiple damaged items including a scratched piano (my wife’s pride and joy), dents to the front of our American Fridge Freezer, broken fridge trays, chipped picture frames and a damaged kitchen table and dresser. There was little consideration given to protecting our valuable items during the move, despite us stressing the importance of protecting the piano especially. This was literally lugged by two guys with no lifting gear and no sheets covering it. When they put it in our new lounge, they pushed it across the wooden floor and heavily scratched that too. They did fix the table and dresser on the day but we contacted the office regarding the damage to the piano and fridge freezer and unfortunately after chasing multiple times over a period of weeks, they ignored our messages. The price was cheap but we’ve unfortunately paid dearly in the long run.
