I’m a homeowner who works as a civil equipment operator. After receiving a notice from my water district about a “medium” sized leak. I thought of any way I could find the leak myself. As the water line to my house was poly and did not have a tracer wire attached to it. I dug up by the ends of the water line to no signs of water. Being that my driveway was concrete the whole way down I had no way of finding it without destroying the whole thing. Got a recommendation for this company with rave reviews. Michael Fend was the detector who showed up right as promised. After set up of the equipment he was able to get a general idea of where it was quite quickly. As it was under about 5” of a concrete driveway he asked if he could drill some holes to get a better picture of where the sound was coming from. I asked him if he was certain of the spot, and boy was he. A few holes later he reassured me by letting me listen to the leak myself. I knew without a doubt that he had found it. He put a blue X on the ground with a circle around it. Once I was able to start the dig. 36” down and 1” to the left of his X was a small crack on my waterline. If I ever have another leak they will be my only phone call. Simply “perfect” leak detection.

Hi Tova, I think you may have meant to leave this review for a different company; we don’t do any work on ceilings that would create dust. We do water leak detection that is non-invasive and doesn’t require any removal of ceiling or wall drywall.
