Kane was the technician today. We were expecting an underground problem and were surprised to see that we had some almost "silent leaks" in the home. Kane was thorough and helped explain the solutions we could pursue. I was extremely pleased with the service that Kane provided.

Mike was great. He found the leak in my back yard pretty quickly and marked the position on my lawn. I dug down that day and found the hole in the water line right where he indicated. I would use them again. Thanks.

I dug two holes in the wrong spot to find a slab leak before I called them. Definitely should have started with them. He found the leak after some work, spray painted the spot on the concrete, i trusted it, and dug in that exact spot under my kitchen floor and BOOM there was the leak, in that EXACT location. So thankful for that. Thank you!

This company was recommended by the plumbing company we use. I called Simply Leak. I explained that my sprinkler system was using significantly more water than it had been using in previous year and I believed that I had a leak in one of the zones. The only question I was asked was how many zones the system had as that determines the cost of the detection service. I gulped at the price but agreed to the service. The one positive was that they were able to schedule an appointment quickly. When Michael arrived, he asked what my concern was. I explained that my water usage had almost doubled and that the water company confirmed the usage was only high on watering days. My concern was that I had a leak in one of the zones. After checking to see if the water was constantly running (it wasn’t), Michael informed me that he could not find the leak with their equipment, that the issue was just me using more water, and that I should watch to see if the pressure decreased in one zone. He said the only way to find the leak was to either dig up all the pipes or to cap each sprinkler head on one zone at a time and see if the pressure was high enough to make the leak large enough to see. He then charged me half the fee calling it a consulting fee. I paid it but was unhappy. I thought about it more and replied to his email with my concerns that I paid him to drive down and tell me he could do nothing. I told him that had his office asked a couple of questions about my situation, it could easily have been determined this job was beyond the scope of their service and that I was angry at being charged so much to be told I’m just using more water than before and a crack in the pipe somewhere would only act as another sprinkler head. I received an automated reply of what to do after they found my leak (a leak they did not even look for) but no response to my concerns. So buyer beware and ask many questions (including the ones you don’t know to ask) about what they can and cannot do before booking their service.

Truly amazing service. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always looking for ways to educate and save money for the client. Was really blown away as I've struggled with most any lawn/service and this team hold a different standard. Can't recommend highly enough

I received a computer generated letter from Tacoma Water suggesting that my home may have a leak due to a higher than normal water bill. I contacted Simply Leak Detection to confirm whether a leak existed. The technician arrived on time, confirmed that no significant leak existed, located a dripping shower head (that I was unaware of), and provided a written report in approximately a half hour. I am pleased with the service I received and highly recommend them.

I could not have been happier with Simply Leak Detection. I got their number from a friend who also had a good experience. I figured they deserve it in writing. I have over 700' of water line serving my property and their staff from the call to arrival to finding the leak and even capping it to assure it was stopped. Don't hesitate with calling them!

Kane was excellent in his service to detect the leak we had. He did due diligence and we know now what to repair. Well worth the visit.

Was notified that we had a leak by the water company. Simply Leak Detection was able to get us an appointment within a day. Kane was the technician sent out to our home and he was able to diagnose the leak in just about an hour and a half. Turned out to be a leaky fill valve in one of our toilets. Thanks to Kane’s investigation, we were able to replace the fill valve and haven’t had problems with any leaks since

Kept looking until he found the leak, turned out it was on the main shutoff valve. It could have been a lot worse if that leak wasn’t found

Simply leak detection was was professional and ethical they came out next day and found the leak quickly it cost about half as much as having a plumber call them for you we called out plumbers who tried charging twice as much and thousands to sharkbite in fittings . This was 1 % of the total cost to run a new line that one place tried to quote and I fixed the leak within a tight schedule with a seven dollar fitting and didn't have our water disconnected it was a fraction of the price others tried to charge . They deserve your business.

Great company dedicated to making sure the customer is satisfied. They came out and found my leak which helped me make some major decisions. Would definitely use again but hope I never have to haha.

Mike came on an emergency basis, marked our line and then came out the next day@ NC when our plumbers needed more direction. Emily in the office was so pleasant & efficiently handled my many calls. Definitely would always use them.

My first full month in my new home, and the water bill clearly showed I had a problem. Simply Leak Detection stepped up - first with Emily helping to get someone (the owner!) out to see me. Came out quickly and identified the leak location. We had to have a deck removed to access the spot identified and it was a very slow leak but it was there. Repairing it made our meter stop turning. Recommended.
