Michael has helped me twice now and both times he was able to quickly locate the leak so we could make repairs. Great service and a great guy!

Kane was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and well trained. He was able to find the leak in our 600', 1 1/4" main waterline 6 feet down. Highly recommend their service.

Mike was great. The appointment was made quickly for the following day, he came out on time and identified the area of the leak. We are a commercial building and the leak was between the meter and the building in the parking lot. He gave us a referral and they were out the next day to dig up the parking lot and repair the leak.

I had a leak in a pipe that was between the meter and my condo unit. This was an unexpected event so I contacted Simply Leak. Michael came out (even when it was raining), did what he needed to do and marked where the leak was. When I called a plumber to fix the leak, Michael had marked directly where the leak was found after digging up the area. The plumber Travis from Danicka Plumbing remarked in all the time he's been doing this kind of work; he was amazed that the leak was exactly where Michael had indicated. I can't thank Michael enough for helping me out under a difficult situation. I've recommended him and Simply Leak Detection to our HOA board for other owners who run into the same situation. I would 100% contact them again should another leak pop up. Fingers crossed not any time soon.

Was sceptical about the price but Mike was within 1 inch of the leak. Amazing!! Was for sure going to cost even more if I were to rip everything up and try to find it myself.

Kane was an absolute professional and he clearly was an expert at what he does. Very personable and respectful of property. He took the time to educate me in several areas and he found the leak quickly and spent extra time isolating it so the plumber could quickly identify and fix. Would recommend simply leak detection to anyone who had this problem. Price was reasonable as well.

Quick service, and flexible in adjusting to my changing schedule. The technician was polite, and tolerated my incessant questions and curiosity. Interesting process! Found the leak in less than an hour.

Mike was great!!! I was working from home and could not give him my full attention and he was very patient with me and waited until I was off the phone (several times) to show me the issue or discribe what he was doing and when and where he found the leak. He let me listen to the leak, through his equipment, and let me know he could not find any other leaks in our water line. He recommended a plumbing company (PriCor Technologies) that he trusted. I called Pricor and they came out the same day for an estimate and scheduled the repairs for the next day. Don't call anyone else, Mike is the man, he will take care of you!!! The tech came and probed and located the leak very quickly. Keep in mind that they just find the leak, it’s on you to make arrangements to fix it. I would certainly use them again (but I hope I don’t have to!) Thanks.

Michael showed up quickly with appropriate equipment and went right to work. He identified the source of the leak as a pressurized cold water line and when the wall was opened up that was exactly what it was and where he identified. Not inexpensive but worth the money given the amount of damage water can cause very quickly. Michael talked us through the process so we knew what he was doing and how he arrived at his conclusions. 10/10 would hire again.

Michael came out on time. Very patient and professional. Was able to find the leak in a large 100 sq ft gravel driveway. Plastic pipe about 1.5 ft down. Came within about 4 inches. Very happy. Let me listen to verify sound. Highly recommend. Saved me hours of time not randomly digging. Great job.

I am currently living out of state for work but came back to my house in Federal Way after a couple of months to find the water company had left me a letter stating I had used over 5,000 gallons of water in a month! I called a couple of plumbers who came out and 'diagnosed' my issue as being my main water line leaking due to the fact I had the water inside my house shut off for the winter. They then quoted me $24,000 to replace it! After some debating, I decided to try and do a spot repair myself with some friends, just needed to figure out where it was leaking. I was recommended this company and they were able to come out within the week. After just a few minutes, Kane was able to tell me my main line was fine. Within maybe twenty minutes he was able to pinpoint the exact location of the leak, a combination of my inside water shutoff valve being leaky, and my first floor toilet's flapper valve. Kane was able to save me from digging up my front yard (which my HOA was going to fight me on and make me pay for landscaping service after the fact). Also, he turned a $1,000 repair in parts and labor to a $20 toilet flapper valve replacement. I couldn't recommend Simply Leak Detect more, courteous, prompt, and professional.

Michael did a great job in locating the leak spot near our utility boxes. The black pipe in the photo is the leaking water pipeline. Around the spot, there are a power line, 2 cable lines and a gas line. The crack is so small that you wouldn't even notice it when there is no water with high enough pressure passing through.

My elderly mom had a leak and and the Simply Leak Detection team did an excellent job. Their communication and follow through were excellent! Thank you.
