Just brilliant I'm lucky enough to live a short drive from simtech and they are amazing, wanted a new fanatec wheel and not only were the super helpful when ordering, I had collected and was racing within 2 hours of starting the process. If you're in the southwest they're really worth popping in to see and if you're anywhere in the UK they will make your SIM experience much simpler and stress free. Really can't recommend them enough!

Placed a back order on a Fanatec sim racing bundle, communication on expected stock deliveries were excellent and the order was fulfilled within the timeline they advised. Unfortunately my CSL pedals were arrived faulty, however, the guys arranged an RMA on my behalf with Fanatec and a replacement set was arranged quickly. I would highly recommend ordering through Simtech if you are UK based to avoid the long waits with customs and the additional support in the unfortunate event of a faulty item.

Ordered a fanatec wheel rim from them but unfortunately FedEx didn't deliver to the correct address. No worries though, Paul was more than understanding and promised to resolve the issue. As it happens FedEx decided to leave the parcel on an unattended property but the neighbour kindly brought it to me. I can't thank the team at SimTechRacing enough, very thorough in their investigation and on that note I would be very happy to highly recommend them to anyone looking for some sim racing equipment. Parcel was superbly packaged as well.

Outstanding Customer Service If your looking to purchase a simulator or any sim equipment talk to these guys first. Paul and Rob at Simtech provide good honest advice and will explain all options available to make sure you get the correct equipment for your requirements. They also have a superb Simcentre at Dulverton where you can actually try the equipment on their simulators. Great experience.
