We had the pleasure of SIMbuild doing a great job extending our kitchen and adding a porch. Ollie was with us setting up for the day regularly at 8.00am. Both Simon and Ollie maintained a good work ethic throughout the build keeping us advised of progress and any issues, which were quickly solved. Simon managed the additional trades well finishing on schedule. A great finish to the build with minimal stress I’m glad to say. We would recommend SIMbuild and will be having them back for some additional work in the future.

Simon and his team did an amazing job building our extension at an extremely good price. He gave us some excellent advice right from the start of the project and during the build nothing was too much trouble. His team are clean and polite and most importantly trustworthy. We loved his work so much we asked him to come back to lay our block paving that finished off the extension perfectly. Cannot recommend simbuild highly enough, they really are great at what they do.

We was recommended to SIM build by a friend who had used them before, they did a few small jobs for us first and we was very happy with their work and the price was great. We hired them again to build our garden annexe which ended up being brilliant and a fraction of the price of other quotes. Then we hired them again to do our patio and driveway. Both turned out fantastic. Very happy, won’t be going anywhere else for my building needs in the future.

We cannot say enough about Sim Build, their expertise,advice and understanding was absolutely brilliant. If you need any sort of building work doing these are the guys. The extension they built for us was immaculately finished, right on time and to the penny of the very good quote. The free advice and suggestions made were greatly appreciated. We thoroughly recommend them and will always use going forward.
