We have worked with James Silver on several purchases and sales over the course of the last few years. I met Taylor at an open house that I was looking at, and she was showing for someone else. She struck me as having the perfect amount of a balance between business, professional, and friendliness. Since I knew I was going to be selling my house, I asked her to come over and take a look and talk about it. When she came over, she had already done her research, made up a package, told me what it should be selling for ,and how long she thought it would take to sell. I listed with her and she had three open houses three weekends in a row. She also advertised on the web with pictures and drone movies. We had offers, but it was the third week when we got a good offer which we decided to accept. She handled all the business and it could not have been easier. I would not hesitate to use her again if the need ever arises. I strongly recommend Taylor and her group for a new real estate needs that you might have.

James Silver and Taylor Welch are amazing to work with! I have been having issues with having a high water bill recently and felt like I wasn't getting much help from the utility company. When I explained my situation to James and Taylor they didn't even hesitate to offer to go by my house and check the meter and help identify any leaks to help me find a solution.
After inspecting my house, we were able to sit down and identify some solutions to help decrease the water usage and talk through the next steps on where they believe the leak could be coming from that is causing the increase.
