This family-run business has a sterling reputation in the local community and it is easy to see why. When we needed advice, we got simple straightforward guidance. No pushy sales pitch. No money grabbing. When we needed time to decide, we got it. Nothing was too much trouble. Nothing ever felt rushed. There was a soothing calmness to their support that was greatly appreciated by my family. Our experience with Silletts was like being a part of their family for a short time. They guided us through a difficult period in our lives with compassion and competency. We will be forever grateful.

I was originally intending going to get in touch with Sillets regarding a funeral plan, having seen the fantastic reviews. However, my Mum suddenly and unexpectedly passed away before we could. There was only one funeral directors that I was going to use to give my Mum the best send off that we could. They were friendly, professional, and sympathetic and dealt with any requests swiftly. It feels rather strange to review a funeral service, when I'm more used to sharing my opinion on restaurants and bars. But I was so impressed by the professionalism of Joe and his team (or, I should say, family) in helping us navigate the days after my mum's death. Silletts were nothing short of outstanding. Nothing was a problem, they handled difficult conversations in a way that put me at ease, and managed potentially painful situations for the family with grace and care that meant we could focus on supporting each other during this hard time, and be confident in Joe & co that they had everything else handled. I'm not going to recommend dying. But I suppose we all will eventually, and if you're going to go, then these are the people to do it with. Thank you for all the care you provided for us and enabling us to say a proper goodbye to our mum.

As a family owned Funeral Directors they relate very easily and sympathetically with the needs and requirements that were needed.
