Dr. Prill has been my family's dentist for 10 years, and she's wonderful, especially if you're anxious about dental work. She explains everything step-by-step and makes you feel completely at ease. We've had cavities, crowns and cleanings done over the years with no issues. The staff has been consistently friendly and professional and I've received follow-up phone calls afterward to see how I'm doing. I would definitely recommend Signature Smile Family Dentistry.

My family and I had been a patient of Dr. Prill's office for a year and I needed a tooth crowned (my first ever.) I have been in misery ever since and Dr. Prill has refused to stand behind her work. -Originally sent to endontist who said I do not need a root canal, just a crown for a cracked tooth. -The temporary crown she installed was way too high and I had to go back for a bite adjustment. -Then, the permanent crown she installed was way too high, I was told this is a normal adjustment and after two weeks the high crown chipped the tooth it was hitting on the bottom. - Dr. Prill said "it was no big deal" even though it was my natural tooth. - Twice I was allowed to leave her office with no bite check. - The bite was still off and the tooth was bruised feeling. - I had to beg her office to see me for a solution - Her staff told me that this was "all in my head" even though I haven't been able to chew properly on that side in 4 months. - My last appointment she was very angry. She seemed insulted that I was questioning her work and kept insisting I needed a root canal. - Went back to endo and he again said no, you do NOT need a root canal. - He sent me to a prothodontist to see if he could help and the prothodontist said I did not need a root canal. - The day the specalist called her office to get my records, Dr. Prill's office cancelled all upcoming appointments with her office for my entire family of 4 with not even a phone call, just a text. - Instead of standing behind her work or trying to find a solution, she cancelled my entire family as patients. - The specialist office called me back to alert me that when they called, the receptionist laughed upon hearing my name. For three months of misery and me having to figure out treatment on my own, her staff laughed at my pain and suffering. The lady was so appalled she called to tell me this. - I have asked for a refund on the crown as I have to seek treatment elsewhere and she refused. -She refuses to stand behind her work and provide adequate treatment, yet also refuses to refund her shoddy work. - I have now been to three different specialists who all say I do not need a root canal and the issue is the crown. - I am now out thousands of dollars to her office for an inadequate crown and will pay much more to have a qualified dentist fix her negligent work and replace the crown. - Cleanings were always fine, because there is no major work being done in a cleaning. - The office will seem sweet and caring, until you need actual work done and when Dr. Prill can't deliver quality work and you question it, Dr. Hilary Prill and the entire Signature Smiles Family Dentistry office staff will turn toxic and use your discomfort as fodder for their office laughs. Love the dentist there. She does a pretty good job but the finance lady took money from my account without my permission. It was a little over $200 that she said should would give back to me but never did.

I love giving credit where it’s due and the Dr. is amazing but her staff are truly rude. They talk to you like you aren’t an adult. It’s unfortunate because the Dr’s attitude doesn’t reflect on her staff members. I hope they go through more training. I also heard one worker complain about a training course they need to renew is now longer. Professionally, you shouldn’t complain while patients are around. Lastly, the lady who initially called me wasn’t very welcoming either. I hope the Dr goes back and listen in on my call to see where there’s a need for improvement. I personally will not be back due to the dr’s staff or recommend any close friends or family. I truthfully hope the Dr continues to thrive herself though.
