I cannot recommend Shutters up enough! From the initial consultation visit with Lance, the measurement review with Robert and then finally the installation with Jake was amazing service. All members of staff were very professional and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and they were more than happy to answer my questions. What I really liked was on the initial consultation, Lance was very informative and not pushy! On installation, Jake worked effectively whilst maintaining my property to a clean standard. The final result is everything I wished for, the quality is amazing! I’d also like to add the office staff at Shutters up were always professional and always willing to help, no question was ever felt as “silly”. I will definitely use Shutters Up again, I cannot recommend them enough

Excellent, from my initial enquiry on a Saturday morning through to install, ShuttersUp were brilliant. Very professional from the first visit, to sending the quote, confirming the leadtime (they came in two weeks earlier than original date advised) and the installers they have been fantastic. I had my blinds done throughout the house a couple of years ago and am still so happy with absolutely everything. I got guided to get the hardwood throughout apart from the bathroom and I could not happier with everything especially the quality. Fantastic company who guide you correctly with good quality strong products that last. Thank shutters up again and sorry for the late we deserved review.

Wow!!!! Shutters up were fantastic from start to finish. From day one when Ibrahim came round to show us samples of the shutters and talk us through the products to the fitting of the shutters an excellent job by the whole team. We were kept up to date with the time scale of when the arrival of the shutters were being shipped over. When the fitter of the shutters came round a very professional job was done. House was left cleared up and no damage was done. After a few weeks we had a member from the company ringing to check if we were happy with the shutters which we are very happy with. I wish we had them done years ago!!! Well done SHUTTER UP for an excellent service.

Unfortunately The guy who measured the shutters at first got it wrong and we are still waiting for the replacement parts since Christmas. Had the shutters now for just over 2 months. This wasn't a big issue but a bit annoying (couldn't open one of our windows). Very nice people do deal with and are dealing with the replacement. The fitter was fantastic and very helpful. Very nice Shutters and would recommend Shutters Up. Shame they got it wrong at the beginning otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. Still waiting.....

We've had 6 windows fitted with shutters and the service from start to finish was perfect. I was notified of everything at each step and everyone including Faye, Luke and Jake who visited the house were all a delight to deal with. The end product is gorgeous and we really couldn't be happier, the electric blackout shutters in the bedrooms are a complete game changer. Will have no hesitation to recommend to anyone.
