Most of the Google reviews here are fake and not from UAE, Avoid dealing with these guys at any cost and search for other companies so others are 50% cheaper and 200% better service. Please do your homework first and search (I worked with Smart Zone, and they are good). The manager changes his staff members every few days, so you must know who handles your application. Most are juniors; you will need more time and money to work with them. Be aware that for any accounting or money issues, they will play the accountant-manager game. They will never answer your calls or emails or be available at the office, leaving you in a frustrating and helpless situation.

I have setup 2 companies here in Dubai Freezone with the help of Shuraa. Opening the company is not the tough part, The toughest part is opening a physical bank account. And I was only able to do that with the help of Tanya Seth, who helped me with opening physical account for both of my companies. Big shoutout to her for helping me with that. I had almost given up on hopes to open a physical account due to the tough criteria by the bank to match, but Tanya came in and helped me with everything and I have opened the account in top 2 banks in Dubai. I would recommend everyone to look for her if you’re trying to open a bank account here in Dubai.

** WORST EXPERIENCE** Its very disheartening to write a negative review for the company. I had a disappointing experience with this service company. They promised to complete the work by a specific deadline, but they failed to deliver on time without any communication. This lack of commitment caused significant inconvenience. I expected better professionalism and follow-through. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.

Edit: Updated the review. My initial review was written immediately after a frustrating experience with Shuraa, so here’s a more balanced update. My experience opening a company through Shuraa was acceptable—the process went smoothly. However, the PRO services were deeply disappointing. There was a clear lack of organization—delays, unclear processes, and overworked staff. Customer service is practically non-existent; I had to call 13 times before getting any response. The team seems overwhelmed, and it shows. The most frustrating part was waiting for my Emirates ID. After several delays caused by Shuraa, they eventually collected it but held onto it for the entire day. After multiple follow-ups, I was told that delivering it was a favor, as this service was reserved for VIP clients—which I was not. For context, Shuraa charges significantly more than competitors—over 2,000 AED more in my case. Being treated as if I was asking for special treatment, after paying a premium, was incredibly frustrating. While some staff try their best (despite being clearly overworked), the lack of professionalism—particularly from the PRO (whose name starts with B)—made this a difficult experience. He presents himself as overly friendly but makes repeated mistakes. Instead of fixing them, he tries to cover them up, leading to further delays. After all this, being told they were doing me a favor by delivering my Emirates ID was unacceptable. I cannot recommend Shuraa. They are overpriced for the level of service they provide, especially when it comes to their overworked, disorganized, and careless PRO services. There are more affordable and professional alternatives available.

We registered our first foreign company "AlArif Trading Services" in UAE. The consultation provided by Mr. Samad and his team has always been free of any unnecessary complexity. He kept it as simple as he could for our better understanding. I'll surely recommend him to our fellow business partners.
