Lady at service window was short tempered and late delivering food which was cold. Cheese was unmelted in cheesesteak. Gyros were sloppily put together. This place used to be top quality with class. Sorry to see it change so much. I'll give it 2 stars for nostalgic reasons. I hope they get it together.
The gyro combination, priced at $15.00, feels quite overvalued for what it offers. Additionally, the service I received from the lady at the counter left much to be desired; she wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. However, I have to say that the flavor of the gyro itself was outstanding and truly enjoyable.

We enjoyed the food a lot. They were very helpful with the service and understanding of our picky kids. We got the Lamb Gyro and Falafel Gyro. They were awesome. The kids got chicken strips that aren't on the menu. I suggest getting a different side than the fries, they were pretty plain and not very crispy.

Service is terrible and not sure if it’s because of my skin color or not but the lady with the tattoos was extremely rude. The food wasn’t good at all and the soda was flat. I threw it all away. Save yourself a headache and take your money elsewhere. The parking lot was completely empty and now I see why. The lady also blatantly said she didn’t care if I patronized her business or not. I explained to her if it wasn’t for customers, she wouldn’t have a business at all. It’s not a coincidence that several people in the reviews are complaining about the same treatment from “the lady with the tattoos”. It’s 2024…Do better and keep racist people out of your establishment!

I saw a pic of the Philly Cheesesteak Nicks was serving up and decided I had to check it out. Nicks is a hole in the wall in all the good way…only locals know it, small menu, to go orders…but dam is it good…the Philly Cheesesteak was so good and even the fries were good nothing fancy just good.

Used be good food with good quality. Havent been there in a while but when I was there yesyerday, the girl on front is extremely rude to people with certain skin color.
Fries are now increased in price but is only potato peels, who pays $6 for just peels.
Gyros are still decent.
Nick, get rid of the girl and its a decent place to go and even worth the tip.
Guys please do NOT tip and give these characters entitlement until they have been given basic communication skills such as hello/thank you/welcome!

Restaurants are getting hit hard but inflation and lack of staff but that is no excuse for bad customer service. We will address the issue with the staff ASAP.
