I cannot recommend Tatsiana and Shire Migration enough. Tatsiana worked diligently on our partner visa and it was granted in just 105 days. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel like we were in good hands the entire time. A partner visa is a very stressful process, Tatsiana made it bearable. She was ALWAYS available for questions and her response time was very prompt. She truly made us feel like our case was important to her. It was apparent in how she handle our case that Tatsiana is passionate and loves her job! I’d give more than 5 stars if googled allowed it :)

Tatsiana is the best. From our initial meeting Tatsiana was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions extremely promptly and made us feel safe and secure through the whole visa process. My partner and I paid for a our first consultation with Tatsiana and we initially found her very professional and instantly we could tell she had experience with the visa processes. We where sceptical about paying someone to do our application for us as we had heard people had done it themselves. HOWEVER, from my partner and I’s experience if you can pay for it is 10000% worth paying for Tatsiana’s service. You will find you have so many questions along the way in which Tatsiana will respond very quickly too, and this is a very very stressful process that is long and sensitive so you need to ensure that you get things right. Tatsiana clearly had the experience and all the advice you need for just that. I am now of the opinion that this application process has benifited time wise (our visa was approved in 3 months!) with no information requested back from the department of affairs either due to the efficacy and knowledge of Tatsiana. I myself was very nervous with choosing a lawyer/ migration agent due to the amount of money and uncertainty but I feel very lucky to have found Tatsiana in our first search. I would highly recommend very professional and efficient service. We will be using Tatsiana again for our second stage of this partner vida.
