The house looks nice from a distance, but once you get up close, you can tell it’s just been dressed up. Definitely false advertisement this place looks nothing like the pictures.Trash was on the porch when we arrived. Ants and ant bait everywhere. Sheets were not clean! Mystery liquid in drawers. Very stingy with the dish soap and toilet paper.

We stayed for 7 days in June 2026 and had a great experience with Shine Villas. The villa was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and even included some starter items for the kitchen and bathrooms. Host Oli was great to work with and made the whole process easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this villa!

The condo was very nice, very spacious. It was as described. It was a very good location. The amenities were great. We took advantage of the waterpark. We would love to stay there again when we go back.

Had a great time! House is very big and pool was just cool enough for our hot days! The area is quiet and close to attractions. It is a no frills, so bring extra supplies or plan to get from stores close by. Would love to stay there again!

This was a perfect spot for our Disney vacation. We visit Disney yearly, and the location was super close (especially if you avoid 192 and take the back way to Osceola Pkwy). The nature preserve in the back was so quiet and relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable for our party of 6 and we could've had at least 4 more people comfortably. Thanks so much!

The host was unresponsive. my guess was because she did not want to let us know the internet would not be working the whole trip. I WAS TRAVELING FOR WORK AND HAD NO INTERNET which made me lost money for a week. The place had old balloons like it was not cleaned before we came. There we blood stains on sheets and towels. The sofa in living room was filthy ice machine was not working and the host would not help in any way. I reached out multiple times about the internet she let me know that there was an outage but the next door neighbors all had internet. It was a horrible experience
