Thank you for your patience while we reviewed our records to better understand the situation.
We hope your child is recovering well. A 40°C fever is understandably worrying for any parent.
Our records show that the trial voucher was gifted to you by one of our customers, and the initial arrangements were coordinated through your friend. We understand that in such cases, the trial terms may not always be communicated directly.
Over the past few months, our team made several attempts to arrange a suitable date with you and was advised to wait until you were ready to confirm a time. When you contacted us again in February, we were pleased to arrange a special one-to-one trial session to accommodate your schedule, as the regular class was full. The session was confirmed by phone on 10 February.
As outlined in our trial booking terms, each child is eligible for one trial, notice of absence must be received before class commencement, and no refunds are provided for no-shows.
That said, we understand that children can become unwell unexpectedly and even with policies in place, the necessary consideration is to be applied. We are sorry to hear that the interaction felt lacking in empathy. That is never our intention. We take communication seriously and will review the call internally to ensure our tone remains professional and supportive at all times. A manager will also be in touch with you directly.
As the voucher was originally purchased by your friend, we are reaching out privately to the purchaser to explore possible options.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

As outlined in our enrolment terms, we have a four-week notice period, which is communicated upfront. Within these terms, we allow up to two replacement classes per term as a goodwill gesture. If requests fall outside our T&Cs or exceed two classes, we require a medical certificate. This is to ensure fairness and consistency for all families, as our classes are small and carefully structured.

We understand that unexpected situations arise and do try to be flexible where possible, however availability for make-up classes can be limited. Refunds and guarantees are also subject to the full terms and conditions, which help us plan staffing and class allocations responsibly.

We regret that this has felt unfair in your situation and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further. Please feel free to contact the centre directly so we can talk through your concerns.
