Sherwood park cabs flat rate cabs one of the best taxi company in sherwood park .they provide flat rate rate to go any where in alberta . Which is so good . I really enjoy their service. Fast service but the dispatcher had a heavy accent which caused quite a problem. I thought I'd been quoted $5 for a pizza delivery and was shocked when the driver arrived and asked for $25... for 3.3 km! Considering he had my (paid online) pizza, I had no choice but to pay, so my kids could eat. The connection was clear enough for dispatch to get my name and address, so I'm not sure how I would have missed the whole word 'twenty'....truly hope this was an honest mistake, and not a bait-and-switch. First and last time customer...hire someone who customers can understand, or use online booking, please! That $20 extra means no groceries for us tomorrow. :/

I have used their cabs twice and I was literally in the cab within third minute of my call to them. They are super quick service providers in Edmonton. The driver was very nice and friendly, his cab number was 007, He mentioned his name Parwinder Singh. I liked his service.

Great team of drivers for 95% of the time. One driver was so incapable of communicating that I had to get out before even moving... because he couldn't understand that my company pays for the ride and I fill out a form to pay.

I have anxiety and so I did not want to take a cab. They made me feel safe. I had my daughter with me and we had no issues. I felt the rates were fair.
