It appears that there was a misleading communication regarding the dental policy. Despite purchasing a policy worth $1000, I received only $74 when I had a dental emergency. Instead of providing a clear explanation of the policy, a significant amount of time was spent discussing unnecessary details. This situation has left me feeling deeply disappointed.
