This is the second and last time I shop with this company. Both times I consistently get messages that package caint be delivered because no one is home. Both times I have been home all day and no one has attempted to deliver any package. Be very careful with this company they have over 5000 that’s right over 5000 complaints filed with the BBB.

I am so sick of this site. The coupon they promise new users isn't available after you sign up saying oops coupons are all gone. The thumbnails are always misleading, showing one thing with a practice just to get you to click on it and find out it's false advertising. If I have trust then to show correct info I'm surely not going to trust them with my business. Why can't they just be honest and upfront.

Really happy with my order from SHEIN! The clothes look exactly like on the pictures and the quality is surprisingly good for the price. The material is comfortable and not see-through, and the sizes matched the size chart perfectly. My package arrived faster than expected and everything was well packed. I will definitely order again and recommend it to others!

I order a personalized mini monster truck backpack item and the zipper was was poorly made and already broken when received. I asked for a refund and only got half of what I paid. I keep asking for the full refund but I keep getting a repeating AI message of my invoice of $5.04 that was already supposedly refunded but they owe me 5 more dollars!!! I want to be credited! I needed this item for a gift this weekend!

Absolute rubbish. Parcel has been at Royal Mail for weeks. I cannot chase it (only the seller can) and they will not chase it despite me asking numerous times. They also say they cannot issue a refund as the item ids in transit. These people are a joke.

I returned the unworking electronics fully with a recorded video proof - they said that the quality control didn't prove it was the product I sent back. Even though I wrote them back asking for another clear inspection I didn't get my money back. I would say they are scammers when they can.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I have experienced problems like others. I have returned items over £100. I have sent them proof they have been returned/ delivered. I have sent the receipt & proof of delivery. They will not refund me and ask for the weight. They give you a code for an inpost locker so there is no proof of weight. I will never order from the again. AVOID.

My mum returned over £100 worth of Shein clothes in one InPost parcel, following all instructions. Shein only refunded part of the order, claiming they didn’t receive everything — even though it was all sent together. She provided tracking and explained clearly, but they refused to help. It’s been stressful and unfair. If you’re ordering from Shein, be cautious — their returns process doesn’t protect customers when things go wrong.

SHEIN canceled my order after it was confirmed and everything was on the way. I needed it in time for a cruise. They waited 2 days before it was supposed to arrive to cancel the order ($300 worth). Never attempted to relay that information to me. When I reached out to ask what’s going on, they didn’t have an explanation. They said place the order again. They sent me the order confirmation and everything. They didn’t attempt to make things right. A loser company.

I had eight items in my cart for a total of $11.50. When I went to check out, they wanted $30. I asked customer support for an explanation and they offered me nothing. Do not shop here. The price they show you on one page will absolutely not match what they ask you to pay. Their pricing is deceptive. Run away.!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered 3 items 5 weeks ago. The expected delivery date came and went. Tried to get a refund, was told I needed to wait longer. Today, was told it refund would be issued to original payment method. Instead, it was issued as a credit. I don't want a credit, but was told there is nothing they can do. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!
