Terrible website, awful delivery. Parcel stated delivered but not received. Try to find out which parcel company delivered it Evri, yodel?… can’t get an answer. Terrible service from all. Had this happen numerous times now, won’t be ordering from here again

Quite disappointed with 1 part of my parcel delivered yesterday the Crochet cardigan is very nice part 2 pack of 4 tops long sleeved ladies are “ribbed” style which I hate it’s too complicated to return or exchange they should be loose fitting style which I have had delivered in the past which are really lovely fit so after reading such a lot of complaints I very much doubt I will use SHEIN again

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience returning items to SHEIN. I followed their return policy, sent back items that were never worn, and still had my refund denied. Their reason? A “mark” on the inside of the item something that wasn’t even visible or affecting the condition of the clothing. It honestly feels like they look for any small reason to reject returns and keep your money. As a customer, that’s frustrating and unfair, especially when you’re doing everything according to their guidelines. If you plan to shop with SHEIN, be very careful with returns. Take pictures of everything before sending it back, because they may claim damage or marks to avoid issuing a refund. Buyers beware!!!! the return process is not as straightforward or fair as it should be.

We ordered something on their website and the website said that it was 20 x 40 Tent and then they sent the incorrect tent and decided that they didn’t want to return it or replace the tent that was actually bought! I very highly recommend not purchasing from them and I very highly recommend going to a better company as an Amazon higher quality and they stand behind their product and they don’t argue with you when you try to return the incorrect item that they sent

Ordered work trousers on 3 day delivery still waiting 7 days later now been told if not here by the 16th to contact them I would not have paid express for this if they cannot give this service don't offer it and don't take money I'm a member of shein club could have got s free delivery quicker just withheld a large order because I am getting fed up of waiting for this one

BUYER BEEARE Here is the problem with SHEIN if you order from them directly and return you will get a refund. If you order from one of the sellers on their site you will never get your refund and you will be scammed it has happened to me twice, so I will never order from a third party on their site.

Shein has the worst delivery service and even worse customer service ever. My package has been stuck in transit for 10 days now and it doesn’t include the day I placed the order. I have contacted the customer service multiple times, I have begged, pleaded for them to tell me where my package is or at least give me a correct estimate of when it will arrive or even give me a partial refund because that package is worth over £100 and they just keep asking me to be patient.. for how long exactly? Honestly I have never been so frustrated and hopeless like I am now.. I have no idea what else to do. If you do not want to end up like I did, please, please and please, STAY AWAY FROM SHEIN!!!!!!!

They supposedly “delivered” my package to unmanned P.O. Box. Never received it. Went back and forth 10 times with customer service and they just kept copying and pasting the same lying nonsense that they contacted the post office and item was delivered and signed for. Which is impossible because it is an unmanned neighborhood bank of mailboxes. There’s no one there because no one lives there. When I asked repeatedly “who” signed for it, they refused to tell me or show me the digital signature. Because it wasn’t true. No one signed for it. It was misdelivered, I never hit my item and I was charged for it anyway.

My parcel was delivered at wrong address that too by the bin somewhere when I asked them for delivery they are asking me to prove it wasn't my place so clicked the pic of my house and it wasn't same and wierd thing is they are asking me to check neighbours fence and to see if they took I mean it's crazy how can I proof where did they deliver and when I haven't given any consent to drop at my neighbour how am I supposed to go and check and by the way the proof shown on photo is not even my neighbours place.My package was spilt in two and I received one from the shop I choose to collect but second package which was carrying 12 items out of 14 is delivered at wrong place don't know where and now I am struggling to get my money back they said they can't refund as it is delivered. I am doing online shopping from shein since last five years but this is the first and worst experience I have had so far.

I did not receive the item, SHEIN customer service, lie to me. They said, I already signed to receive the item, but I did not sign anything to receive package. They refused to refund. I think, that is cheating form SHEIN (they make up the signature story to refuse the refund) So, please be careful buying anything from SHEIN
