Angelo and Chris responded very quickly when we had a couple of leaking taps. Communication was excellent and the job was completed very quickly for a reasonable cost. Certainly won’t hesitate to use again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended if you need a plumber.

As ever, Chris and Angelo did a great job. They fitted a new boiler with the minimum of fuss and mess. They were always punctual and worked quickly on what was, in our house, quite a complex task. Chris explained everything clearly in advance, there were no nasty surprises over costs, and their standards of workmanship are very high. They are 100% reliable and I would always recommend them.

Brilliant fast communication from Angelo ,during the weekend, and a great experience from Chris. Chris fixed a leaking pipe from the water tank and went the extra mile in sorting out the water pressure which had always been poor! Great job guys thanks! 🤘🏼

I have had to call on Shaws twice to help with pipe and boiler issues. On both occasions they gave helpful and spot on advice as to the problem and how to rectify.
My recent boiler issue, I followed Shaws advice and called out the manufacturer, who fixed with new fitted factory parts -The manufacturers (Worcester Bosch) technicians agreed that Shaws detailed advice about which parts were needed and other aspects was perfectly given.
Thank you Shaws for being there, whatever the time of day ! Responsive, rapid, experts indeed.

As always a very fast and professional service. The boiler isn’t on the easiest place to access the expansion vessel, but the service was carried out with no drama.
Always a friendly service and a briefly but understandable explanation of what was done. Use these guys every year.

Chris and Angelo have been incredibly helpful and were so speedy to get back to us when we were having an issue with our toilet leaking. We emailed through checkatrade and by the next day they came round to fix our issue. What an amazing service! They were clear from the outset what issue we were likely having and fixed it quickly.
