Charges are very high unnecessarily, unhygienic. They charge for pillow, curtains, OT, replacement medicines during operations, other medicines are separately, doctor charges separate, nurse and consulting charges are separate, machine and operating utensils are separately charged at the high rates.I admitted my mother here,
They don’t give visibility of the expenses upfront.

My son Shashwat plays football for BITS Pilani Goa team and had sports injury in hamstring tandon rupture from origin . Dr Latkar was kind enough to provide medical consulting on Video conference for diagnosis and later performed surgery in Shashwat hospital. It is a week now and seems went fine . My son recovering. However doctor advised 6 weeks time for recovery. Hospital staff from reception to billing to nurses , everyone was sincere and attentive. Our experience until now is good. Thanks to everyone. I got admitted in shashwat hospital Aundh. Ball joint surgery suggested by Dr. Rajendra Latkar Sir. Surgery successfully carried out by Dr. Latkar Sir. This hospital having good rehabilitation program. Hospital staff is very much co operative and I am fully satisfied with the help and services provided by them.

Absolutely dismal service. Emails are not responded. Very few staff. Extremely lousy stuffy deluxe rooms. Too high a cost. Charged for several items fixed even if not used.

ICU - providing medication on time is amazing howver if they feeel lik . Docs and nurses will ignore you lke anything .
My billing is still in progress since 9am and more to go ...
