Great breakfast. The head waitress was a little strange. Almost chastising me for asking for a large juice but it was a great experience otherwise.

We like this place.
The restaurant food is good , only a few minutes wait for a table that's a win.
Then we had a look round the kitchen and garden centre it's very good.

Deeply disappointed by Shackletons. I would advise caution if buying any garden furniture from them, should problems arise they will obfusticate and hide behind manufacturers exclusions.
We purchased a set of garden furniture and fire pit from them in 2023, the mini melbury modular supplied by Supremo. We also purchased the covers separately as the supplied cover didn’t keep rain off. Unfortunately as the weather has been changeable we didn’t manage to use the fire pit table more than once. Yesterday it exploded, while not in use, on our decking. The top of the table, unbeknownst to us, was made of airbrushed glass. Which apparently is a terrible product for a fire pit table! Thankfully my small child wasn’t in the garden at the time.
My garden and deck is totally covered in bits of glass. Shackletons immediately put forward that the table warranty. sold with five year guarantee, excluded glass. Which is fine because my complaint is under the Consumer Goods Act, so this is the opportunity for Shackletons to display excellent customer care…or not. They have rejected my claim out of hand and advised me to claim under my home insurance policy. For their faulty, non durable, and none fit for purpose product. I have declined this and shall be heading down the trading standards route.
I would advise to choose a different company for any expensive garden furniture. Or anything expensive at all really.

Very over priced that's all I can say realy they had a water feature that was exactly the same as one at bingley garden centre but there's was 180 more for the same thing won't be going back

Visited today to look at a kitchen table. Although the store was short staffed Alison was great, polite and helpful. Everyone needs an Alison in their shop. Thank you for a great experience and we look forward to receiving our dining table
