Booked through SetMyTrip,Promise India Tourism.I have booked 6 day tour to Darjeeling, Pelling & Gangtok recently were very helpful in organising Hotels, transport properly and my tour was very much successful.All facilities like hot water,room service,heater,clean, transportation, pick up &drop and spacious room with view are present in the Hotels.Promise India team is always reachable over phone for planning other options . And their package cost is very reasonable.

Trip to Sikkim and Darjeeling--
Before the trip -Package offered and communication was good.
First Day of Trip was lost due to Train delay,
A little inconvenience was caused when we reached Gangtok At night but was solved after some time.
Hotel Shanti Nir, Gangtok-Rooms were Good but Hospitality was not so good.Food quality not good.
Due to Bad weather we couldn't visit Nathula Pass,But a trip to Lachung was arranged by the company instead.
Hotel At Lachung was very nice with friendly behaviour from all staff and nice food.Enjoyed Snowfall at Katao.
Plan of Silk Route was cancelled for Lachung.
So next we headed for Darjeeling.Here also Hospitality at Hotel (Hotel D Sangay)and Food was quite good.For Darjeeling Sightseeing...the appointed driver was not free till 12:30 noon and hence some spots couldn't be covered.
On the way back to Njp stops at Mirik and Pashupati market was arranged and it is appreciated.
Overall we got good support from Mr.Tanmay throughout the trip.Though some spots couldn't be covered,trip was enjoyed.
Due to change in plan ..trip to Zuluk was cancelled and there was a Hotel Cancellation charge of Rs.4500 which we suggested that both us and the company can share as it was neither's fault but we had to pay the total amount instead.
Nice experience for our gangtok darjeeling lachung tour. Well arrengement & good planning for us..
