After 6 months of renovations on our newly purchased home and within less than 2 weeks from moving in, we walked in a flooded house after being gone just 2 hours.

AMAZING! #1-Arrived right on time as stated; had even called ahead to let me know they were arriving. John was extremely thorough in explaining the process for the evaluation and the details of the findings. John Martin, Luis and Lee came back today; again arrived at the time stated. Very neat in the demolition process, clean up was exceptional! Again, John gave a very detailed explanation of what was done and what the next steps will be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

My experience with SERVPRO was fantastic. From the moment I called them at 11pm I was greeted with professionalism. They were at my house first thing in the morning, walking me through every aspect of what was wrong and what my options were for correcting the damage. Day 1 of Serv Pro experience in No Atlanta/Buckhead. Specialists: John, Shawn, Andreas and Nate worked to remove all material effected by water damage in my townhome: cabinets, flooring, and baseboards with expertise and experience. Removing saturated Insulation above the garage ceiling was a labor intensive task. Several Fans left in place, as well as dehumidifiers, to reduce moisture in affected material. Mold treatment was applied following protocol. I recommend this team of professionals for your next water damage challenge.

The team has been very friendly and professional. Juan, Connor, and Sean have been great through the entire process of drying out our house after a water leak.
