5 Stars for great customer service, price, and quality machinery. When looking I was apprehensive about a non domestic machine. I heard the horror stories floating around the Internet about poor customer service when dealing with overseas support. Senfeng is different than these other options. They have a huge warehouse in Commerce, CA which is a 30 minute drive for me. After a few months of research I decided to purchase a Senfeng 150 watt CO2 laser. The price was unbeatable. Service great. And lifetime tech support. One month after install I had a malfunction with the water chiller. They sent a technician with a new replacement water chiller and realigned my machine while they were here. And didn’t ask for a dime! I am very pleased with the performance of the machine and their organization as a whole. If you are looking to purchase an import laser, Senfeng is the best in my opinion!
Visited SenFeng Laser's LA location and did a demo of the 1.5kw handheld laser welder and the 1.5kw 3015G cnc.
I'm incredibly impressed with the people there. Bin and Edmond where awesome. Answered the 1000 questions I had and let me run all the machines.
First, the laser welder is awesome! I'm not a great welder by any stretch, but I was welding. 063 aluminum in just a few minutes and it came out great.
The CNC 1500W machine for my needs is awesome. Was cutting my test files at 480 ipm, with rapids at 1400.
Impressed to say the least. Ended up purchasing 2 SF3015G cnc's and 2 1500 watt laser welders.
Delivery is in the next 2 weeks. I'll update how that goes.
I recently purchased a Fiber Laser from Senfeng USA. I was hesitant at first to purchase, but no longer.
The laser has performed exceptionally well and the service has been outstanding. Everyone has been very courteous and their response time exceptional. I will continue to purchase from Senfeng in the future.

When I bought a machine from them, I could never imagine the amazing service they offer, especially Bin, the sales manager. On many occasions, I had questions and Bin was always available to help. It meant the world to me when we moved our business to a new location and wasn’t able to get electrical completed fast enough to get our machine working. Bin offered me the use of his display model to get a job completed for my customer. The poor man even had to stay after hours for me to use his sample machine and refused to take any payment for his time! Not only do you get a great machine and great pricing from Senfeng, you actually end up making new friends for life!

From the first initial contact with Bin in California right up through delivery, installation and training, we have been very happy with the service that Senfeng has provided. Amazing hospitality. We were under a deadline and had to complete a lot of design and manufacturing within 1 week. The folks at SenFeng let us use a demo machine AT their office until we had a unit delivered to our office and setup (would have taken more time than we had). There would have been no way we would have gotten this project completed without their kind help!
Let's see how can I explain... OK, Two days in advance we call this company because we are interested in buying a CNC machine. We talked to XUE ACHILLES, according to their office, he is the C.O.O.; General Manager and sales rep. The appointment was scheduled for Thursday July 9th at 9:30 AM to see how their machines works and one in particular that is capable to cut aluminum. We got there after one hour drive from the Valley of San Fernando, CA. The person at the front office did not knew anything; XUE ACHILLES was not there... We ask to see how this particular machine works... (The show room only has 4 machines) The person there said that the machine we were asking for it is not in US only in CHINA... that we can watch a video of how it works... ??... A VIDEO... Really?? We asked to this person to call XUE ACHILLES, and he did talked to him. The person at the office explain that we had an appointment with him and ask if he was willing to talk to us over the phone. THE INCREDIBLE PART... HE DECLINED TO TALK TO US!!
Be careful with them, I only saw two people working there and neither of them had any technical experience, based on the question I was able to ask in the few minuted that I was there. I call MULTICAM CNC Machines. I rather invest more money and get a reliable service.
He had the luxury to waste our time, to go back to the San Fernando Valley was another hour!
How can a company from CHINA can offer a machine... and be SO UNPROFESSIONAL!... HOW CAN ANYONE TRUST THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE....
