I would highly recommend The Parker Group Real Estate. Julie was a wonderful agent! Patient, always there when I had a question, and got me an answer quickly. Then when it came to agreement, Lisa was very helpful, and the rest of the process went smoothly. They both kept me informed on everything. Made me very comfortable.

Make sure you carefully read any contracts this company presents to you before you sign ! They made a change to the contract without our consent and it would have resulted in a huge loss for me. I found them to be very shady and would never deal with them in the future. BE AWARE !!!!

Liz Grace is the best! If I could give her 10 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would. The house I sold was under contract in less than 72 hours. The entire process was very smooth. Liz is a true professional and very personable. As a Veteran with PTSD it is often difficult for me to associate with people. I appreciate her kindness and the fact that she placed ZERO pressure on myself or my wife at anytime to do something or make a decision we were not ready for. She provided us a clear path on the entire process and was very prompt in responding to our questions and getting us the offers on the house. If you are looking for amazing service and someone who knows what they are doing then Liz Grace is the way to go.
