The first time I was in was a 5 star. Girls up front were very good. The 2nd time I saw a different Dr he was horrible. I was in extreme pain didn't even exam me. I told him I would go to the ER then he said they wouldn't do anything for me. Guess what they did. I am in a lot less pain. He was so rude. I will never go back.

Arrived right when they opened, I had been up all night with a bad stomache bug that my children also were suffering from. Told nurse I was anxious and had pain along with nausea and couldn't keep anything down. They listened to everything, saw me quickly and got me an iv along with something to help my tummy feel better. I left feeling heard, feeling better and super proud of our hometown urgent care.I cannot recommend them enough, from the doctor to the nurses and even the receptionist...you guys are incredible and we are so thankful for all that you do for our town!

Very affordable and efficient way to get medical help! I had some pretty bad dermatitis and they gave we medicine to treat it and showed me ways to keep it under control. Thanks Charlie your the best!

We love this clinic, have been to this one and St. Francis. All providers are great, knowledgeable, and use up to date guidelines that they explain to us before we leabe! I see a lot of negative reviews about people not getting their way, such as antibiotics, and its a shame they degrade the providers for it. Go to medical school then if you feel you are right! Best urgent care around

Dr. Joshua Jacobson doesn't believe in modern medicine/antibiotics. Highly recommend NOT going here or seeing Dr Jacobson.

Went in for a shoulder pain that has been bothering and keeping me up at night. I wouldn't be able to see a Dr. at Fairview until mid August. So thought I'd take a chance at urgent care. So glad I did. I got lucky and got in to see Josh within 5 minutes. Thank you Josh and Milaca urgent care. 🙏
Great place for quick diagnosis and treatment for illnesses or injuries. Friendly, helpful staff. It's usually a short wait time, and the whole visit took a little over an hour and a half. We were able to get a treatment plan in place while we wait for a primary doctor appointment.

Had respiratory symptoms after a trip to New York that would not get better. Wish I had gone sooner. Was treated quickly, efficiently and compassionately by Josh and Ashley (I believe was her name). Looking forward to healing after their diagnosis and treatment.

The bathroom we used for the sample was disgusting, the MA walked in with us and saw it, and still didn’t do anything. There were bloody feces chunks and urine on the toilet. She wiped the urine off and put the paper in the toilet. There was water all over the floor which caused my toddler to fall. Disgusting for any place, but especially for a medical establishment. Then I paid 300 and walked out the door.
There was no wait and all the staff was nice. The NP is genuine. Everything looks new.

Milaca location. No staff was told our wait time was 30 min so we waited and waited and waited. We sat for well over a hr before we were even called then was put in a room for another 20+ minutes. Front desk lady was irritated when I asked how much longer. What a joke.
