I'd highly recommend Karim if you're looking for a fast, diligent and punctual installer team for your CCTV system - We had an existing 4 cameras which came with the house we bought and we're unsure if any of them worked. Karim did the diagnostics and replaced them all. He also supplied and installed the DVR and basically got to grips and resolved the 'unorthodox' wiring job the previous installers had done. He was up for the challenge and worked quickly to solve numerous problems our house's wiring was causing. I was really impressed with his attitude and his work. Also he's upfront with all his pricing before the job started, that's always appreciated too.

I was looking into upgrading my cameras being it been a while, I had my old ones up .I got to speak with Karim , and ask him what could I do .Karim came over and look at what I had and advised me what I could do if I wanted and no pressure added.He ask me what was I looking in a camera and right from the bat he said I could get these camera and you be very happy he assured me . Secure Touch Technologies Installed outside cameras for me, they are professional, courteous, kind and caring workers who take pride in their work and are very honest. They ran into a few problems with my cameras but were very patient and solved the problems. They put in a long day due to the problems but never complained and figured it all out. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. It was a pleasure having them do the work for me and being honest and trustworthy. I would definitely have them do work for me in the future. I've been working with Karim at STT for several years. First, I hired him to install a home security system with cameras. He's very knowledgeable about the components and explained the available cameras, DVRs and price points. I've brought him back to add on to that system and to install audio-video equipment inside my home. Whenever I have a problem connecting to my security system through my app (because there's been a change in my internet service not any problem with his equipment), Karim has walked me through how to reconnect. He's been available and responsive and has earned my business again and again. He's a pleasure to have in my home and I highly recommend him for anyone's security or AV needs.
