Hotel con camere pulite e un buon servizio di pulizia e ristorazione, personale gentilissimo specialmente la signora che mi ha fatto fare la colazione prima del tempo dato che alle 6.15 dovevo andare in aeroporto.
Ristorante con buon cibo e prezzi nella media.
L'unico neo ( per questo 4 stelle ) il servizio Taxi convenzionato con l'albergo da non utilizzare per prezzi molto alti rispetto ad Uber o Bolt.
Addirittura ho prenotato per andare in aeroporto e ho dovuto pagare 45.5 sterline quando una corsa Bolt alle 6.15 per aeroporto chiedeva 25 sterline da evitare.

When I went, during the day just before Christmas, there were a lot of empty tables. We had afternoon tea. 6 of us had 3 stands of small cakes and sandwiches.
Doggy bags were provided for those who wanted to take the leftovers home.
Service was good, from the helpful man at the entrance desk to the lady who served the food.

Holiday Inn Shepperton is indisputably the best Holiday Inn that we have ever been as a family. The room service is topnotch, the reception staff are welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the pool every single day (my eyes are sore). The restaurant’s food is very good too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there every day for four days. I would highly recommend The Club sandwich. The kids eat for free which helped immensely. We honestly didn’t want to leave the hotel.

Fantastic Holiday Inn with great facilities including a pool, gym with lots of equipment and even a steam room and sauna which I was very pleased with!
The room was spacious and well designed, and the bathroom had under floor heating as well as a mirror that didn’t steam up which I found impressive. The food was decent but the service wasn’t very good unfortunately and I had to wait about 10 minutes to check in despite being the only person there.
Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for somewhere to stay for a short while and the building itself is fantastic!

Fined for parking a car that was registered with hotel on day of leaving. Hotel agreed it was charged incorrectly but up to me to argue it with the parking company which of course was impossible as fine already paid by rental company and charged to my card. Completely uninterested in customer service. Just washed their hands of a situation they created.

Chambres confortables, personnel souriant et au petit soin. L'espace piscine, sauna, jacuzzi est vraiment super! J'enlève une étoile car l'hôtel est tout même excentré et l'accès est difficile si vous n'êtes pas véhiculé. Nous avions pris la formule demi-pension, les plats étaient bons. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait que le chef cuisinier nous ai proposé une alternative avec du poisson car nous mangeons de la viande halal. Merci encore à toute l'équipe.

Be fully aware if you drive a rental car to this hotel. They won't mention about parking fee so you think it's free for any reasons. You think it is waived because they are nice people, or it's free for staying multiple nights or for holidays. Nope, they intentionally didn't inform you or collect from you during your stay, so they can send a bill to collect payment from your rental car company for £100/day (+£40/day from car rental co. admin. fee), citing"ILLEGAL parking", even though they requested your car registration upon check-in and they KNEW it was your car that they "allowed" in. All was done in a sneaky, "behind your back" way, you'd get a payment collection after a few weeks.
Is it shady? Yes! Schemed? Yes! Unethical? Totally!
My advice is to ask for parking fee upfront, if you don't ask and you don't pay, you risk being charged big time through third party. And cancel your credit card after the trip so you can save energy disputing it.
Now my distrust on britss is validated. It also proves my theory: humans are greedy and despicable!

Came here for Christmas dinner 2023 and had the worst Christmas meal I've ever experienced.
My main complaint is the fact that we were waiting over an hour between courses, and when I asked how long we should be expecting to wait I was very rudely dismissed.
The atmosphere was nice, however the food was not, the mains were tasteless and basic, and the dessert was inedible.
My experience obviously only relates to one day of the year, but I would absolutely not recommend booking here for a Christmas dinner.
