Have dealt with Seacroft in Arnold. They have been amazing, supportive and easy to talk to. There's excellent product knowledge. If there is an issue, like when I had an accident, they resolved things quickly alongside Motability. Their service is really effective and their servicing and office staff do an excellent job and couldn't be more helpful

Scooter Hire Mablethorpe
Hired a small mobility scooter from Paul at Mablethorpe branch for my 87 year old Mum.
The service was fabulous from the moment I rang them. The scooter was dropped off at our holiday lodge and picked up again a truly great service. Thank you Mum was able to get about up and down the prom and see the sea. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I visited the shop with my mum today and was very appreciative of the honest reviews and help my mum received. The lady assisting my mum was called Bev and I would very much like to thank her for her help and the dignified manner in how she helped my mum choose the right scooter for her . Top rate service.
Your Folding Cane Seat (£25) saved my legs on a rally - THANK YOU! Passersby kept saying "What a good idea! I wish I'd thought of that!" (Even a man in his twenties complained all the standing around was making his legs go stiff.) It was light to carry (I'm small) and you just pull it open, no fiddling about. The foldable tripod made sitting easier than on a shooting stick. Living in the countryside, it'll be so useful for ordinary life too. It's on my list of birthday present ideas for friends of all ages!! Thank you again, and for your help when I rang you to ask about it. x
I wanted to buy my dad a mobility scooter in their sale but I was going on holiday. I contacted customer service and asked if I bought a scooter if they could delay delivery. I received a prompt reply. Nothing has been too much trouble. I've sent a few emails and always received a reply straight away even out of office hours.
I wish they could've seen my dad's face. Definitely not the reaction I was expecting! I haven't seen him smile in a while, but seeing him tootle up and down his drive like a kid was priceless. It has made our trips out so much easier, for us both. Thanks once again for a first class service.
Hired a scooter, It was supposed to be picked up at 4pm today, rang up they apologised that they were running late, its now 17:34 we still have the scooter and the store is closed! We leave tomorrow morning, theyve not even rang before end of business to give us a time so now put us in a pickle as we dont know if theyre coming or not

I have just bought a new self propelled quickie qx5 wheelchair from Seacroft mobility Spalding and they couldn't have been more accomodating or helpful. Karen came to visit me at home at a convenient time. She was lovely and helped me choose exactly what I wanted and i love the customisation. Barry kept me up to date with progress reports while it was on order. Then excitement when Jo delivered the chair and checked it was all in working order and I was satisfied. The chair itself is excellent, lightweight easy to fold and fit in the boot. I also chose to have adjustable height handles and really pleased I did for when I need someone to give me a push. It will really improve my mobility etc and is an upgrade on my other chair the quickie life which I've had for about 3 years and that has been great too. I am really pleased i found Seacroft Mobilty Spalding they are a lovely team and have an excellent service. It's so convenient that they come to you as alot of people including myself struggle with getting out. I think they cover a few areas in south Lincolnshire too so I would definitely recommend them if you need a wheelchair or mobility aids. I love my new purple wheelchair.
