Dont bother . Last week my scooter was delivered 2hours and 45minutes late . No apology was offered. Collection a week later was 35minutes late. No apology. Staff at shop were rude and thought it amusing. Bicot them and go somewhere else.

We obviously try our best to get to everyone as soon as we can but as I'm sure you can appreciate, at this time of year, we are also reliant upon other guests arriving and leaving on time and we have holiday traffic to consider.
