Enthusiastic sales, fully ‘mansplained’ all the details of the scooter. Delivery next day.
However we are buying a new car and having hoist attached, but we tried removing the seat. The response was take the battery off the scooter. After service is poor. Steer clear of seacroft mobility Lincoln.

Excellent service would highly recommend this shop .i had a problem with my scooter they soon got it working for me. If I had problem with it again i wouldn’t go anywhere else

They deliver faulty mobility scooter with a list of problems and over charge you, they can't fix all the problems and still have to pay for it

HI Angela, i'm sorry you felt the need to leave us a 1 star review. We spoke in length yesterday regarding this situation and i have done my best to get you a satisfactory resolution. As i said yesterday we have sorted any issues you had with your scooter. In regards to pricing, as the scooter is on a Motability contract the pricing is out of my hands and control. You are well within you rights to cancel your contract and return your scooter.

Terrible customer service
One of the worst customer experiences I have ever encountered. After struggling to get through the door with the staff member sitting at a table just inside, no help offered to hold the door, we went to the table, he just sat there with his arms folder. With no ‘can i help?’, after 15 or so seconds we asked if we could hire a scooter that would fit in a car boot. Barely looking up, said ‘we don’t have any for your weight, nothing above 18st’ (he hadn’t asked), and that was it. No smile, no discussion.

I came into your shop over 6 weeks ago and spoke to a very pleasant lady and asked her if they had specialist plastic sleeve bags to cover a human arm to keep dry after surgery when using a shower ,this lady was so helpful she provided me 2 long bubble wrap bags with elastic bands which I have used to shower with very happy thankyou very much.

Pre ordered a mobility from Seacroft at Ingoldmells as we were staying there on holiday. Changed to having a boot scooter so as to venture further afield. Nicola the sales lady sorted me out with everything I needed, right down to a rain cover for it. A fantastic and very attentive company and a well stocked shop for disability aids and other items. Thank you so much for your brilliant customer service Nicola. One happy mobile lady now, not stuck in a caravan for the remainder of our stay.

Phoned about hiring a wheelchair was told you would phone me back heard nothing even sent email if they couldn't do it they should of let me know not very good had stroke at Christmas so need wheelchair to go on days out as can't walk far after posting the review I was contacted and evening was sorted husband picked up my wheelchair the service was excellent sorry about bad review

Hired a scooter for the day last week. Fabulous service from Bev. Really helpful in explaining the controls and gave good advice on potentially purchasing a scooter from them. Excellant price of £15 for the day. Made my day soo much easier. Highly recommend

I will not be hiring from anywhere else than Seacroft and prices are very good

I had to get a scooter for my day in Skegness and came across this company they are brilliant I instantly felt right at home as I entered the shop I forgot to catch the ladies name but she was amazing!!! Top knotch!!! Thanks again for your help 😊😊😊😊

I couldn't have gone to a better place! I hire a scooter when visiting Mablethorpe either for day trips or our annual holiday and have found Seacroft to be so helpful. They go out of their way to provide quality scooters and assistance and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was at ingoldmels at the weekend and now have to use a mobility scooter, I chose Seacroft in the village and cannot thank Nikki enough, very welcoming, and friendly, couldn’t do enough, I will certainly be using Seacroft again, good scooter and prices were very fair, so if you need one why not nip in and see Nikki.
