I was at ingoldmels at the weekend and now have to use a mobility scooter, I chose Seacroft in the village and cannot thank Nikki enough, very welcoming, and friendly, couldn’t do enough, I will certainly be using Seacroft again, good scooter and prices were very fair, so if you need one why not nip in and see Nikki. X

Hired a scooter it arrived on time the staff really good. This is the third time we have used Seacroft and will be using again in July. They are Really reliable and fix problems if you have any. Great service.

Young lady couldn't do enough for us. She missed out on a sale and sorted everything out for us. Definitely come here again

Popped in to get some information and came out with a wealth of knowledge in what to think about when making a purchase for my mother. Was thinking about an electric wheelchair but them it appeared that a smaller unit could be better and with lithium batteries it would be lighter and more easily put into the car. Lots to think about but having been given a brochure there's more homework to do.

I had a problem with my scooter while I was in London for a few days. I called a couple of local dealers. One couldn't look at it for a week, another didn't repair any scooters he hasn't sold, I was out of luck despite the fact his sticker was on the scooter. I struggled to bring it back to Skegness, pushing it to the station and load it on to the train(s). Once back in Skegness I headed to Seacroft because I had browsed previously. The owner came out to see if I needed help unloading the scooter from my car. I explained my problem and he took the battery unit into the workshop, tested it and pronounced it dead. He had batteries in stock, fitted them and charged me considerably less than the London dealer quoted. I was blown away, I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade. I can't recommend Seacroft too highly, thank you!

They prey on the elderly. My friend's mum, who suffered from Alzheimer's, came in for a battery issue and left with her bank account drained and a new mobility scooter she didn't need. Seacraft are morally bankrupt, avoid at all costs.

Very helpful assistant, wide variety of scooters on offer and other mobility aids. Was warned against folding scooters because they're heavier and break easily

My husbands mobility scooter was not working properly so we took into Seacroft Mobility in Skegness Rob soon discovered the problem and the scooter had to be sent away for repair he loaned my husband another scooter which was brilliant of him we went back two days later to pick up my husbands newly repaired one it was a fantastic service both Rob and his wife Bev could not have been more accommodating they are a great asset to this shop and company as an after thought my husband said it might be a good idea to have stickers for scooters that have been repaired or serviced by this shop to further advertise their location and the best place to take any scooter that need attention absolutely fantastic service super nice and informed staff would definitely recommend this shop for any problems with mobility aids thanks again Rob & Bev

Will highly recommend Arnold store staff are all wonderful and friendly. Went in today as mums walker seemed to have developed a issue and they looked at it . Thanks again.

I hired a mobility scooter from Seacroft last weekend for the duration of my visit to Mablethorpe and I would fully recommend them . They were really good to deal with and were very helpful , going the extra mile to try to source a scooter for an extra half day .I would certainly use them again .

Had a good experience at the Ingoldmells shop, Jo and Nicki were very helpful with my scooter. Cant praise them enough thank you.
