Despite arriving in the middle of the night, check-in was easy thanks to advance notice. There is nothing to complain about in the accommodation. The flat has a wonderful view of the sea from the living room and from two of the bedrooms. The panoramic front in the living room with great lounging and seating options invites you to watch the sunset. Should I be in Cape Town again with a larger group, I would book this accommodation again without further searching. We had a great time!

What a fantastic spot. We loved sitting in the window and watching the sea even when we had a storm, but it's absolutely beautiful in the sun. It was a really comfortable place to stay for 6 of us - we would happily live there! The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Communication was excellent too.

From the time we booked until check out, Charl was extremely helpful and fast to respond. The flat itself is beautiful, with expansive views over the bay and easy access to a popular beachfront promenade. The building is very safe and secure, including a designated parking spot within the gated lot. I will seek to stay here again when we return to Cape Town.

it was really wonderful staying at Charle's place. The place was really clean and neat.the view from the window is breathtaking it is really much more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. the rooms are equipped with gas and electric heaters. the only thing missing is the drying rack.I would really book this place again.

The place is wonderful and children friendly. My kids loved it and space is accommodating to family . I love the spacious living room /dining room.The electricity backup is also a wonderful feature during load shedding/ power outages. In fact we never felt it. The ocean view is amazing. The location is perfect

We had the best 12 days staying at Charl’s apartment. It was spectacular! You could not get closer to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! Exquisite views with the best sunrises and sunsets.Apartment was extremely clean and spacious. We were so comfortable,Host was so responsive and helpful. We felt very safe and secure in the building. Perfect location for walking to Camps Bay and even to the waterfront. Great restaurants a few blocks away in Sea Point and Bantry Bay.So grateful for Monica’s help with cleaning during our time in Cape Town . She was so kind and couldn’t do enough for us.We will definitely be back!Thank you!!

Our family of 3 couples stayed here for 5 nights while visiting CapeTown. This place is absolutely stunning…both location and the premises. Very spacious apartment…extremely comfortable and lovely decor. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are super clean….located on a quiet street with amazing views! Panoramic windows allow for superb ocean views and open to allow for the sound of waves. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans. High end appliances. Charl had snacks for us on arrival…..chips, milk, juices, coffee pods, etc. which was so welcomed after a long flight and later arrival. Can’t find a single negative thing to say about this place. Thanks Charl for offering such a beautiful place to spend in CapeTown.

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Town at Charl’s place. It is decorated in a lovely style and the kitchen is very well stocked. Charl left us a very nice assortment of snacks, coffee etc for our arrival. Seapoint is a great walkable area and easy access via Uber to other parts of the city. And those views!!! Beautiful. Highly recommend.
