Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations during the end of lease cleaning service. We understand how important it is to leave your property spotless, and it’s clear from your comments that we fell short in certain areas.

We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, including the condition of the walls, skirting boards, blinds, and cupboards.
As mentioned in our terms and conditions we do not wash the entire walls, we only spot clean the walls, and the real estate did not mention about the walls and the skirting board. As you noted, our team promptly returned to address the concerns highlighted by your real estate agent, and we resolved the matter to the real estate agent satisfaction with no additional cost as we are committed to address the issues until the customer or the real estate agent is happy to guarantee you get your bond.
