Absolutely delighted. Was putting my car in for a PX and was dependant on a good quote and dry whether so that I could have a repair - from a car park that must have scuffed and drove off - without paying the earth like some of the bodyshops were quoting. In fact it was almost a third cheaper than I'd been quoted. The finish looks fantastic and the professionalism from Simon and ease of someone coming to your home was great. Attached before and after images to show the quality of work.

A really excellent repair to my rear bumper. Simon was very helpful and efficient at carrying out the repair.

Simon at 'scratchfix' was recommended to me by Chris at S&C Caravans, Ripley. I sent him photographs of the damage to my Hymer's rear bumper and wheelarch. The cracks were quite severe, and the paintwork in several areas was entirely removed. I received a quote based on the photos, but when it came to the repair date, it was discovered that further damage was evident. This notwithstanding, Simon carried out all the repairs; working late, well into the evening. I collected the van 2-days later and couldn't believe the quality of the repair and paintwork. Furthermore, he charged me according to his original quote, even though extra work had been carried out. I will certainly use Simon again; and will have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends. Totally reliable and trustworthy.

First class repair carried out with no fuss by Simon. Great value after ridiculous excessive quote for insurance. We saved over £4000!!

A small problem with scratchfix's calendar nearly meant they didn't attend. But Simon sorted this hiccup and apologised after I called for an ETA, and he made it to my home a little later. And I'm glad he did as his work is excellent, just like his work ethic. Friendly polite, and as you would expect from an expert, he certainly knew his job. THANKS, Scratchfix.
