I've joined Scotforce not long time ago and I wish I've done it sooner as mywork- life balance got better already. I've got more opportunities to gain and also use my experience in various environment of care work. Office staff is professional, approachable and always there when you need them. Being valued and listened is a good feeling.

I have worked for ScotForce for just over a month and I can say without a doubt that it is the best company I have worked for. From the point of interview to induction to you starting your journey with them the team, from bookings to management are there to support you. They really make you feel supported and comfortable and also make it a priority to show you that you aren’t just a number but a part of the ScotForce Family . Nothing is ever to much bother for them and they are always on hand 24 hours a day to support you with anything at all which is really important in this field. They truly understand what it’s like to work in a health/Social care Setting so they know what difficulties you can face and are on hand to support you with them which makes this a truly unique company to work for. I’m Looking forward to continuing my journey with them.

I’ve been with Scotforce about 9 months now, and I honestly didn’t think it was possible to have such a good relationship between company and employees. The whole team at the office from bosses to the booking team are friendly, professional, helpful and supportive, while still maintaining quality banter! The other carers/seniors/nurses I’ve met on bookings are amazing at what they do and always happy to offer advice and share knowledge. I receive genuine feedback on my performance and have been encouraged and supported with my personal development from the beginning. There’s never a problem getting work, I currently work 4 shifts a week between 2 different places that I know well and love, plus choosing my own work days means there’s no restrictions on time off which is ideal for work/life balance. Would recommend working for Scotforce all the way, best decision I’ve made.
