I've enjoyed the weekly pet waste removal services of Scoop Masters for over a year! Tim Stone is dedicated to making sure his clients are happy with the work his technicians perform. He is kind and responsive to every inquiry. On the rare occasion something isn't right, Tim makes sure it is addressed immediately. The customer service is "top notch"! I'm looking forward to another year of a "poop free" yard!!! Thanks Tim!

Great company and service. We have them come twice a week to keep the yard clean for our two large dogs. The employees are always friendly and do a great job.

I've been a loyal customer for years and consistently received excellent service. When I encountered a minor issue, the owner promptly reached out, and we resolved it together. Their client portal is user-friendly, but what I appreciate most are the helpful notifications. I receive one before they start the service, and another with a photo of the closed gate once they're done.
Additionally, every technician who has come to service the yard has been great—very courteous and dog-friendly. It's a great overall experience!

They will start charging you more without notifying you first. I noticed my subscription was recently changed. I didn’t not change the subscription and scoop masters never let me know about this update. There were no emails sent out to notify the customers of upcoming changes, only changes within the invoice. There were no alerts to inform the customer of these changes. When I asked about this I was met with excuses as to why the owner couldn’t inform his customers. There was never an apology only excuses similar to the response below.
Howdy. All invoice emails in the month of August mentioned it. Unfortunately, I am unable to make clients read emails. I do find it funny that out of 1400 customers, you were the only one who was angry that they didnt read the emails. The 5-10 other customers that asked me about it simply said, I was right and that they didnt read them once I pointed the emails out to them. You on the other hand turned into a Karen and I don't put up with that.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company has repeatedly missed more than 20 poops in my backyard (which is not a big backyard at all), and despite my even going so far as to spray paint the missed poops so they would see them, I found out today when they never even bothered to show up for service, that THEY have decided that it's too hard to see poops in my backyard, so they are canceling my service. I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional organization. The fact that you're ONLY JOB is to see & pick up poops, and your excuse is you think it's too hard to see them, is absolutely pathetic.
According to you, multiple companies had had the same issue with your yard so it is not just us. The lack of grass and mostly dirt makes the piles difficult to find especially when dirt covers them up. With 5 dogs and once a week service there is over 100 piles in your yard each week, and with the poor state your yard is in, some are bound to get missed even by me. I sent several different techs to service your yard with the same results. I also didn't charge you for the last visit. I do apologize for the issue with communication. My email letting you know about the storage of service was sent to our crm software and not to you. I do take the blame for that as I should have caught that. I still wish yall the best.

These guys are really great and I highly recommend them to anyone needing pet waste removal in the DFW area.
They are always reliable and closed our fence gates including a photo in their follow up texts.

Very unprofessional! Goes back and forth instead of handling situations like a business owner! Very disrespectful! Talks down to customers! Very argumentative does not take responsibility! And He details your reviews if there not 5 stars to hide the truth about this company !!! Worst customer service!!!!!
Howdy. I don't recognize you as a customer either past or present. My guess is you are related to the most recent review on Yelp as she probably didnt like that i told her the world does not revolve around her. Arriving at 930 am is with normal business hours. She got mad because she said it was too early for her and wanted us to come back later in the day even though we have an optimized route and 32 other customers to service on her day. Smh. All the 5 star reviews on Google seem to say the opposite. Again, I'm sorry for the selective hearing yall have. Now I know how my wife feels when she says she just told me something 5 minutes ago. 🤣
