New perfume every month! I really enjoy using Scentbird! It's so fun to pick out a new scent each month and try something different without committing to a full-size bottle. The subscription makes it affordable, and I love that I only pay a small amount to experiment with high-quality perfumes. It's always exciting to get a new fragrance in the mail each month, and it's a great way to discover new scents I might not have tried otherwise. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves perfumes and wants to mix things up!

Something to Look Foward to Each Month I'm a perfume junkie and have overall enjoyed My Scentbird membership. I did find that if you forget to make your selections, you get not so pleasant scents (assuming that's what they have a lot of stock in). They use DHL for shipping and it can take weeks from the date you're charged to getting your product.

Waste of Money The service is a waste of money. You can't cancel without emailing them. They don't ask you to choose a scent if your queue is empty, they ship you a random garbage scent you didn't ask for. Absolute terrible process, you are better off just buying the scents you want to try one time.

Great Packaging. I received a sample of Scent Bird New York. I must say first, this little case, the cologne came in is genius! It opens up, and you put your favorite scent inside and close it up. It's a durable plastic, so if you drop it, it won't shatter. This makes it very easy to take it with you wherever you go. The scent it came with is Tommy Bahama Triumph. This is a very strong scent. Very overwhelming! The notes are Mandarin, Violet Leaves, Pimento, Cedar Leaf, and Cashmere Wood. It's very powerful. My husband said it gave him a headache, and I agree! I gave this of a 4 because of the packaging it was sent in. It's just really neat. The scent was not.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON FRAUD ALERT 🚨 I got a subscription for myself and my wife. I went ahead and added an extra fragrance a month bring it to (4) total scents per month. When signing up for this subscription service I was told you're able to choose your scents each month. I went ahead spent some time found some I thought we would enjoy. All was well until today when I received an email saying my order is being shipped. I had a look at the order and to my surprise the company had gone ahead and choose all new scents that neither my wife or myself would like. I contacted support and told them to cancel my orders because in my books that was very deceiving. They did cancel my subscription BUT… there is always a but… they said that due to there policy they will not issue any refunds. So basically what this company is doing is having users sign up to pick nice designer fragrances once payment is received they change your order to less well known kinda junk bin fragrances and weather you catch it before they ship it or not they will NOT issue you a refund they will send you the bin fragrances and keep the money you spend for well known kinda good fragrances that you have picked. It's deceiving almost fraud what is going on with this company. They lost over $100.00 a month USD subscription and I hope this review helps others from having there money taken and from being deceived by this company

Pretty good… but the cases should not be as costly as they are I do enjoy getting this subscription every month. I’ve been a subscriber for about 3 months. I think the app is very user friendly. Shipping is OK. I have enjoyed about 90% of the scents I have gotten. There is just 1 that wasn’t for me as a daily fragrance.

Sweet pound cake dessert scent Honest review of the Strawberry Shortcake fragrance by Scentbird: I bought this set myself to try it! This opens with a sweet buttery pound cake or shortcake dessert note, reminds me very much of Bath and Body Works Strawberry Pound Cake or even Iced Lemon Pound Cake. I do get the juicy wild strawberry into the mid notes and then it fades to a very pleasant and wearable sweet skin scent with a hint of citrus and powder to balance the sweetness. I do not think this smells exactly like the nostalgic scent of the actual Strawberry Shortcake Dolls, I only get a vague note of that in the mid notes and drydown, it is really more of a sweet dessert. I thought the projection was moderate and the lasting power was quite good 6-8 hours as a soft skin scent. The packaging is really nice for the price point the cap of the bottle is heavy and goes on securely, I did have some trouble opening the perfume box though. You also get free stickers with the full size bottle! I think this is a really fun option if you like sweet bakery gourmands but you may be a bit disappointed if you wanted the exact scent of the dolls. Notes are strawberry jam, whipped cream, bergamot zest, vanilla shortcake and wild strawberries.

DKNY- BE DELICIOUS I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.

Love it I was scrolling on Instagram when I noticed an ad for Scentbirds new scent called Strawberry Shortcake, so I decided to get it for my daughter because she loves Strawberry Shortcake. It was worth getting especially for the price. I love the packaging, feels nice, and weighed/luxe. It does have a magnetic closer. It smells really good, you can smell EVERY note (strawberry, vanilla, even the lemon and whipped cream). The only thing I don't like about it (my daughter also) is that it's soooo strong with just one spritz. You'll have to spray in front of you and walk through it so you don't smell as strong. I do recommend, if you don't mind a strong smell. I just wanted to try this specific perfume, so I just got it for the first month and then canceled. But it's a great subscription if you want to try different luxe perfume scents for a low price before you commit to buying the bigger bottle❤️ Also fast shipping

Nice way to get a generous sample of niche fragrance but not so nice customer service I don't like the app or difficulty canceling a subscription ... at all ... but I see value in having access to sample niche/designer fragrances if major department stores etc are not accessible to you. These are basically travel sized samples. You get a chance to spray it in the air or on a testing strip, spray it on your clothes see how it performs, wear it on your skin and see how it works with your body chemistry, how long it lasts etc. This is a nice way to save on 'blind buys' so you know if you really like a perfume or cologne before dishing out a lot of money in the chance you can't or won't wear it for whatever reasons. Just be sure to monitor your scentbird account, linked bank account, and be diligent in canceling your subscription. It was easier for me to cancel through Amazon than directly with scentbird themselves.

Great for Variety I honestly was on the fence with Scentbird, as I’ve had other subscription services in the past and was never impressed (mostly due to the lack of control with what you get). However, I’ve loved it so far. The value is pretty dang great, especially if you pick up niche perfumes that you are on the fence about and don’t want to blind buy. There are a TON of fragrance options to choose from, ranging from the popular to the obscure, and I’m so excited for some of my future picks. You get a case with your first month shipment, and if you want more to choose from you can add it on for an extra 10 a month with a case subscription. I find I get way more than a month’s worth of sprays out (I’m a conservative when it comes to application), and I can get scents based on the season instead of buying a whole bottle that I’ll only use for 3 months. So far I feel that I’ve gotten great value from this, and 16.95 a month for a full travel size is a deal in my book.

I waited 31 days and my order didn't even ship. The money, though? That was charged immediately, as expected. After seeing the ads on Instagram for months, on July 22nd 2024 I *finally* took the bait and purchased a monthly subscription. I selected my first scent right away, and I was charged for the transaction. Lovely, I thought to myself as I expected to wait 10 business Days. (I'm in Canada) Those days passed, and my order hadn't even shipped. I contacted Scentbird support on August 13th, 2024 16 full Business Days after my purchase. "Your order is processing and will reach you within 10 business days"...hmm OK, cool. Today is August 23rd, 2024. My order is still processing, and the thought of my perfume shipping is but a faint glimmer on the horizon. I have emailed support again asking for a full refund and cancelation of my subscription. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Buyer beware!

You’re missing out if you’re not a subscriber When I tell you this is the best bang for your buck! I’m not a perfume person or a body spray girl but I decided to try this subscription out and I LOVE it. I’ve had it almost a year and out of the entire time there’s been one scent I didn’t like and I gave it to a friend who loved it. It’s catered to your preferences and they really do a good in depth scent profile. Customer service is easy to reach but I’ve never had a reason to contact them because the product is worth it!

Delicious scents at a fraction of the price. This is a great service that offers scents I otherwise would not try at a fraction of the cost it would take to get them retail. I’ve subscribed twice now and loved every scent they have sent but one. I got a scent that didn’t squirt right once, and customer service sent me a new one no problem. I’m happy with them, and love my super cute new atomizer.

Love this service I will say I put off trying this for the longest time. If you are someone who loves perfume but tired of spending money on full size products, this is a good option. A lot of niche fragrances don’t have travel sizes available so I love this. The first month is usually half off and it’s around $17 per month after that. Travel sizes usually range $20-65. If you do choose a niche fragrance like parfum de marly, it’s a $10 upcharge. I’ve had it 2 months and love it so far. The case is magnetic. I dropped it and it didn’t shatter.

Terrible Experience So Far My daughter purchased a six-month subscription as a gift. I set up a profile that only allows me to access the site to purchase stuff off the site. My daughter said it should come with one fragrance per month as part of the service - nowhere on the site could I find that benefit. So, I chatted with customer service and received some canned BOT response relevant to an unrelated topic. Rating this site on a scale of 1-10 - "ONE" I feel bad for my daughter as this would be a thoughtful give if the company was legit.

I found my supplier Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
