No comprar electrodomésticos Samsung. Compré una lavadora nueva directamente a Samsung, resultado una lavadora defectuosa de fabrica que no funciona. Entre Samsung y el servicio técnico pasan los días sin ninguna solución. Decepcionado con la marca.

Nice apartment with really comfortable bed. It is in a good location. Few minutes from the metro station and walking distance to the beach and Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Be aware that the apartment is on ground level, so if you are noise sensitive might not be for you. It did not bother us at all. Edgar was super communicative. Absolutely recommended!
Una vergüenza la tienda online, cancela pedidos sin notificarte nada y ya pagados y luego te devuelven el dinero. Intentas contactar con ellos y con cada agente que hablas te dice una cosa distinta y así 15 días. Te prometen que te llamarán para darte solucion y te puedes morir esperando. El terminal no e tenido la suerte de probarlo pero la atención al cliente de la tienda online de Samsung nefasta por desgracia. Recomiendo comprar a través de otras plataformas.

MEJOR COMPRAR OTRA MARCA.
Adquirí un TV 75” QLED 75Q60T por 1.325€ hace poco más de 3 años. El TV siempre ha estado en el mismo mueble sin mucho uso, sin golpes y en buen estado.
Se avería solo y de repente, y el coste de reparación, según servicio oficial es de 700€, por lo que no merece la pena.
No me creo que la vida útil del TV sea de 3 años y Samsung no ofrezca ninguna solución. Samsung solo me ofrece donarles el dispositivo para aprovechamiento de piezas, todo un despropósito.
Que el servicio técnico me de presupuesto me ha costado 60€ y me ha devuelto el tv con daños en el marco que no tenía antes.
¡ATENCIÓN! El Plan Renove que ofrecen es UNA ESTAFA. Te hacen comprar primero el móvil nuevo engañandote con que te van a dar tanto dinero por el móvil antiguo, pero la realidad es otra, una vez comprado el móvil nuevo, son todo molestias para entregar el móvil antiguo y cuando lo consigues entregar, te ofrecen solo unos pocos Euros, nada que ver con la oferta inicial. NO PIQUEN

I bought a Samsung outdoor TV called the Terrace directly from Samsungs website.
The TV is IP55 waterproof, on Samsungs own website they state the TV is 100% all weather proof and there is even a photo of a child spraying water directly on the TV with a garden hose, but still somehow it got a water damage and Samsung refuses to repair it under its legal warranty.
Instead they require me to pay more than 1500€ to repair a water damage to a waterproof TV.
They have refused to inform me why it isn’t covered and have failed to present any evidence to any external damage to the TV causing the warranty to be none valid.
Their customer service is a joke with zero possibility to get through to a manager but the same deeply unprofessional person giving standard replies back.
The call center is just as useless and fails to return any enquiry for the past 3 months.
I am shocked that a thought to be respectful brand like Samsung can be such a scam organisation in the Center of Europe 2023 !!
