I booked an appointment for a flat tire repair and went there. The guy came after 30min and said my tire not repairable. The tire was in the trunk and they never took it out and tried to fix it. Then he started pitching to buy new tire. When I said no then they gave memy car keys. I called another tire shop and took my car their amd they fixed the same tire. Horrible experience and misleading customer service. Not going to Sam's club for any tires or batteries service anymore.

Horrible experience I arrived at 4:15 p.m. sign on the door and the website both say close at 7:00 p.m. no cars in the bay and they refused me service said come back tomorrow. I took my business to Costco and they took care of me. Thank you Costco. Don't go to Sam's Club Auto you'll walk away disappointed

Wow, This was the best and fastest service I have ever experienced. I actually got a quote at Belle Tire first. A lot of hoopla about Belle but Sam's smoked them in service and Price! Thanks to the guys at Sam's. The brand of tire I purchased was General brand, a really good price for a super tire I did a lot of research. They arrived in 1 day and installed the next day!
