The ambiance was so dull and empty, the food was cold and not cooked properly, the salad bar had items that were spoiled, drinks had no alcohol and tasted too sweet. Very expensive for what you get. our waiter was good though.

The meat that was brought out was great. The salad bar looked a little bit sad. The lettuce was wilted and some other items looked like they had been set out for a while. Service was okay. Like other reviews have said, you have to pay for water here. I'm worried there isn't enough business for them to keep the salad bar fresh. That was the only thing.

This is the worst dining experience I have had in years. If you want a brazilian steakhouse, go somewhere else. We had a party of 20 and had 1 waitress for our entire table as well as for the entire restaurant on a Friday night. Not a single employee was there to assist her. Nothing against her but that level of service was unacceptable. It took almost an entire hour for checks to be divided and paid. Now let's talk about the food. This was arguably worse. We had entire plates (With pictures) of raw steak, completely inedible. I've never seen a steakhouse have such poor food quality and service. To top it all off, of the 10 different meat that they offer, we got offered maybe 5 of the 10 throughout the entire time of our meal. Overall 0/10 would recommend. Take your time and money elsewhere. Also charging the entire table $7 per person for WATER when it took almost 30 minutes after food was brought to the table for us to get water is criminal.
