I chose Julie because I wanted someone professional that would understand how important the sale was to me. Selling a place that has been your home for over ten years is emotional as well as scary for the financial impact it could have. I was not selling a multi million dollar place but it was just as important to me! Julie made me feel like I was a top client and I imagine her service is exactly the same no matter the size of the sale and that really meant a lot to me. If I had to do it all over again, I would have the confidence that Julie had from the start, but that is why you have to hire a professional! She knew it would sell and knew it would sell fast and for a good price. She was right! I hope I don’t have to sell a home any time soon but when I do, I would definitely call Julie!
