I had a very dissapointing experience staying in this particular suite in SABA SUITES block C!!Instruction we're not given in proper upon entering the parking lot and we took the parking ticket instead of access card. Access card were not given in order for us to get into the parking lot. Ended up upon checking out we need to pay for the free parking!! Bathroom door knob is broken, Room aircond is not working in the middle of the night! Deposit was given upon check in and we were told to pay for the repair!! This is nuisance!

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying at Saba Suites!Regarding parking , It is allowed to exit for 15 minutes just but if it is more than 15 minutes you should pay 4 RM but if you want to put your car the whole day you should pay 16RM, and this is system in all hotels in kualalumpur, please visit us again to host you better
