I used Rush My Passport earlier this year and 100% regret it. I put in my application plenty of time ahead thought it was strange when a month went by without hearing anything. I called Rush My Passport and they told me they hadn't done anything with my application since I had mailed a starter's check (I later found out this wasn't true, I had used a normal check). The worst part about it was that they didn't contact me about this "issue", so they were doing absolutely nothing while I was waiting thinking everything was ok.
Despite this being their fault, Rush My Passport would not help fix the mistake or refund me, but rather only gave me the option to spend more money to get my passport faster. I was desperate so I did it. The person I was talking to told me all the documents I had to send, and told me if I sent all the documents and additional check the next day, I should get my passport a few days before my trip. I did this and sent it in. The next day when it arrived in Florida, I was told my application couldn't be accepted because I was missing a document, which the person I was talking to a day before failed to tell me about. I called Rush My Passport again, and once again, they would not offer to fix it or to refund me and instead said I could pay more for a courier to take my application in. It didn't matter how much I explained my situation, they pretended to empathize with me but would not actually help me fix it without squeezing more money out of me, despite this being 100% their fault. Fortunately I had my mom to help me out, since I have a full time job and can't be on my phone all day, and was able to get hold of a manager. The manager did a great job at actually making something get done, though we received no refund for anything we had been through.
After almost a week of dealing with Rush My Passport, I finally got my passport 2 days before I left for my trip, after paying SIGNIFICANTLY more than I should have. If you're considering using Rush My Passport, instead consider just going into your local city hall and doing the same thing yourself as they'd do, but for free. The moment you choose Rush Your Passport, they are holding your passport hostage and will use it to milk as much money out of you as possible. They made it clear they don't care about their individual clients, they follow their script even in situations like mine. It's really not worth it. If you do the renewal process yourself, you're more in control and will even potentially get your passport faster, not to mention you spend so much less money.
TLDR: This is a scam, you will get better and potentially faster results renewing your passport yourself

This place is a SCAM, beware! They say they can get you an expedited passport renewal in a few days but after you pay they tell you it will take weeks! Then they don't refund you!

I applied for my Passport@ "Rush My Passport" which is an affiliate of Expedited Travel LLC and I was charged $199.00 plus $34.95 plus an additional 29.95 totaling $244.00 indicating a time frame of 3 to 6 weeks to receive the passport. After paying this fee I was then informed that I had to go to a separate Acceptance Office to turn in the complete application and pay an addition $244.00. I don't understand why I should have to pay a second additional amount. I feel totally scammed. This should be ILLEGAL

was scammed out of $209 by your so-called passport service. You offer nothing but lies no real help, no actual expediting, and absolutely no way to contact a human being. Theres no valid phone number with real help , no email, and no support of any kind. This is straight up theft, and your company is taking advantage of people in urgent situations. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. I had delayed filing for a new passport for years because I feared the hassle, the delays, et cetera, only to find that by using RushMyPassport the entire process took less than 2 hours and I got my passport and my identification paperwork back to me in less than 2 weeks. The only regret I have is that I didn't take advantager of this sooner.
I even managed to screw up my initial application, but made a phgone call to RMP and the representative not only walked me through the process, but filed for a partial refund, which I received even before I got the passport, without my even asking for one.
I am old and generally a curmudgeon, but this servie was truly exemplary and the representative was patient with my idiocy beyond all expectations.

Read the fine print carefully. You will pay DOUBLE the normal cost for a passport renewal. I did not realize until I'd almost completed the process -- and then I was insulted by the online customer service person, "David" who in essence said it was my own fault. It may be faster than the government ( a few weeks) but you'll pay more for it.
Do not trust this offices is not government offices they use the word Gov" but they aren't a government passport offices. They delay the process in order to not returning your money. The people usually records all your calls when they keep in silent to harm the passport process. Be careful they act with malice. I do not know how they have too many good reviews.....but they have many Complains with city complaints offices, I am talking about in Florida.

I had used RushMyPassport a few years ago, and they were good. But it has obviously changed ownership / strategy as it was absolutely terrible. We had a client travelling 3 weeks from the date we sent the passport in, we were assured it would take 5-6 days, it took well over 3 weeks and we had to change client's plans. Also communication was terrible, after applying on the site and printing out the forms, I received ZERO emails or correspondence, only by calling and waiting 20-25 mins was I able to get through to anyone, which was someone in a call center reading script off a screen, with no power or ability to help me. What's more, there were errors and omissions on the paperwork, which was the entire purpose of us using the service. We ended up having to interface directly with the Dept of State ourselves to expedite it. I am currently applying for a refund, not expecting to get it back...watch this space...unhappy business customer. never again.
I paid RushMyPassport (Expedited Travel LLC) to process a passport renewal. The service was later canceled, and I was told they could not proceed with my order. Despite this, the company is refusing to return my passport unless I pay an additional fee for a prepaid shipping label even though I already paid them for service that was not delivered.I have attempted to call and email several times with no helpful response. I have also filed a complaint with my state Attorney General and disputed the charge with my bank. This is a clear case of a company holding my government-issued ID hostage after canceling the order themselves.All I am asking for is the return of my personal property without being charged again. I request that RushMyPassport immediately ship my passport back to me, with no additional cost, and provide tracking information.

While navigating a few issues with getting my passport, I was given a customer service representative named Teressa Miller who went above and beyond to insure that I got my passport on time. She also insured that the process was smith and easy for me and was very responsive throughout the entire process.
