Our experience at this resort was extremely disappointing. The activities that were promised and advertised were not operational at all and it was the peak of season (31st January). We booked this resort mainly because of those activities, and finding everything closed or unavailable was very frustrating and misleading.
The food was another major letdown. The quality was very poor, and the taste was below average. There was hardly any variety, and the same limited options were repeated for lunch and dinner. For a resort, this level of food service is unacceptable.
Overall, the resort failed to deliver even the basic expectations of a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It did not feel worth the money we paid at all. Due to the false promises, poor food quality, and lack of proper facilities, I would strongly not recommend this resort to anyone.
Nice gateway to unwind yourself from the urban life chaos.

We had a wonderful day outing at Rurban Resorts, located in Muradnagar, Ghaziabad. The resort is easily accessible and surrounded by a pleasant, well-maintained environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The hospitality was excellent—the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was tasty and served on time, and all arrangements were handled smoothly.
I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Bhuwan Joshi, who managed our day outing arrangements. Their coordination, friendly attitude, and prompt support made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. They ensured everything went as planned and personally checked that we were comfortable throughout the day.
Overall, the management was professional and well-organized, making this a memorable experience for our group. I highly recommend Rurban Resorts for corporate outings, family get-togethers, or friends’ day trips.

Location is not good as it is inside village. Although once you enter inside the resort , you will forget all the pain . It's a. Very good place for family day outing and activities.
