Avoid this resort if you're looking for a fun and enjoyable experience. It was a complete waste of both time and money.
The entire activities team was unprofessional, uncooperative, and completely disinterested. They made no effort to encourage guests to participate in the rides or activities. Unless you repeatedly insisted, they wouldn't even offer you a ride. We visited as a group of 14 people, and the resort wasn't even crowded, so there was no excuse for the poor service. Despite having ample time, the staff remained indifferent, inflexible, and unwilling to assist. Save your time and money, and pls don't visit this place.
