Selfie? Really?
First time I've been asked for a "selfie" to verify my ID. Selfies are for teenage girls that want people to tell them they look cute today, not almost 60 year old men that are trying to order ED Meds discretely. The other sites don't ask for a selfie. And I can get almost twice the doses of a supplement that last 3 days for less than a third of the cost on Amazon.... Without sending Jeff Bezos a selfies!
Take note about Rugiet's subscriptions. This company will not follow standard business practices by sending you a pre-notice that your subscription will be renewed in a few days. You will get a notice that your order is fulfilled and shipped. No possibilities to cancel, re-direct or *********** WARNED. Sadly, Rugiet shows the same money grabbing attitude as so many other companies selling the ED *********
Fun people, mismanaged company
I loved working here, for the most part. It was great with good people, the only issues? The eng team has to follow extreme programming. Start to finish (aka merged into production) needs to take only a week. Which is problematic when your QAs live in different time zones, sometimes off shore, and when they’re wanting to deploy massive tickets in a week. They also have a habit of letting people go just shy of a year. Which is what happened to me. If you work in customer care it seems you’re mostly safe. Not so much with engineering which is backwards as heck.
Despite my enthusiasm for the promise of their ED ******** I have found that fulfillment of the order is proving impossible. The initial experience was good with email acknowledgement that my medical information had been received and reviewed. Once I received notification of approval and shipment, I checked my CC statement to see that the order had been charged correctly. What I discovered is that the correctly charged amount has been cancelled and rebilled at at amount over 2x higher ($498 vs $1,110). For some unknown reason somebody at Rugiet changed my order to the incorrect and more expensive amount of product. I immediately reached out to Rugiet to see why this had happened and was told that the reviewing doctor had approved an amount of prescription that was higher than my original request. After several attempts to find out why and how this happened I have not received any explanation. I have been told that the correct order has been resubmitted to the reviewing doctor and that upon approval my order would be shipped. Despite that fact that my original order had been reviewed and approved and billed and rebilled within 24 hrs, 3 days and several **************** calls later I am still waiting to hear that the correction has been made and that my order is being fulfilled. What started out as a great and responsive experience has become a complete and disgusting exercise in frustration. Their patient portal is still showing an incorrect status (cancelled order), and that there is no re-review underway. At this point I don't know what else to do. They seem to have a large support staff, but none of them apparently have the competence to fix a pretty simple situation and get my order correct. So buyer beware! Prepare yourself for a potentially crappy experience if you decide to do business with Rugiet. The promise of their product is exciting, but apparently it's impossible to purchase. So sad.
