This law firm intake assistants are garbage. They clearly appear to be a settlement law firm, not a law firm that actually goes to war in trial if they had to. So if you are going up against a juggernaut or a semi-juggernaut of a company or corporation especially if they are a public agency or public corporation, you better go else where and look for a much more bigger and powerful law firm that don't play no games. And by the looks of their record that they themselves posted, their settlement record leaves less to be desired in a law firm, not impressed at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with Rubenstein & Rynecki. The attorney I spoke with was dismissive and did not ask relevant questions. At one point, he even told me that I was not injured in the incident, as if he had been there to witness it. This made me feel unheard and invalidated. After consulting with other attorneys who validated my civil rights complaint, it became clear that my concerns were legitimate and deserved more respectful attention. I hope others have a better experience, but I would advise caution based on what I encountered.

I am sorry I chose to call this law firm first. Attorney on the phone was very nasty and rude and I got no opportunity to explain anything or give any details. Then insinuated that I had no idea what a term meant. Ended the phone call with them saying, "You won't be able to find anyone. Good luck," in a rude a condescending way. Look elsewhere. Call people who actually care to listen to you and have enough decency to be civil.

No reason to use pitbulls in your ad especially in such a derogatory manner. Not all pitbulls are dangerous. It’s the people who breed them to fight not the animal itself. Many people despise your commercial and for this reason refuse to ask you to represent them fyi!

I had a little minor incident that happened to me at a place of business. I called Rubinstein & Rynecki, who referred me to another legal help agency, since their a busy law-firm and have bigger & better things to do with their valuable time, and my incident just didn't make-it there for one of if not the biggest Law-Firms in NYC!!

Consultation could have been done by telephone. Majority of law offices do consultations via telephone.Drove all the way to BK for no reason. Lawyer assistant was a HOT HEAD! And please do not discredit me saying that I was not in your place of business. I walked into the office, passed the receptionist who happened to be black. I went into the first office on the left. The receptionist said that they do not save names of people who have not signed a retainer.

I called seeking help with an on going case with the NYPD. It took me all of 7 seconds to try to explain that althogh it started 2 years ago its still on going before the guy hang on on me saying we dont help with that if it happens 2 years ago, before i can even reply to tell him it only began 2 hears ago but its still happening incleding my wrongful arrest and imprisonment he hangs up on me.. i call back then the representative transfered me to the Brooklyn refferal services. I called back 3 more times after that no answer then i called from my job nimber and the pick up with 2 seconds of the phone ringing..what cant of group of lawyers dont even want ro hear you case? I asked them if thats how they treat everybody, the lady said thats the boss im sorry you have to find someone else then she just went mute on me.. great service guys. Im gonna blast yall on social media now..
