Absolutely terrible service, driver was late and did not arrive on time. They have no respect for customers, and was shouting down the phone at me when I questioned why the driver had not arrived. Staff are rude and don't ever listen, and always get irate and try to backtalk you. Appalling company, don't ever use.

I booked a cab, they called me to confirm my booking before the journey started, as a result, I got ready and the driver arrived before time, helped me carry the luggage. I thoroughly enjoyed my journey with Royal Cars. Thanks

They accept card payment but when driver arrive he push me to get out from the car in freezing weather on the middle of the trip to withdraw cash

I was told it was a 10 minute wait. 35 minutes and 2 phone calls later a taxi appeared. Had a possible odour of cannabis

They put their posters all over the town and on every lamppost in the street. The company staple all their posters to trees and to any derelict building their poster- flyer people spot. This adds to the run down look of our town (not to mention damage to trees). This company adds to look of Croydon being dirty, run down and uncared for. This cab company does not care about the Town but instead accurses me of being rival taxi service. I am not. Do not use this firm. They mess Croydon up and then laugh at reviews. Except it is not funny having to clear up Croydon from this cad company's increasingly uncontrolled litter contribution to Croydon. Thank you so much uncaring cab firm.

Really we are best company in South London we pay for advertising looks like you run cab office and jealous person . Everyone like are cab services . We are number one in South London even uber and bolt is down .we pay Google advertising. Hahaha .
If I could leave no stars I would!!! I booked a cab was told half an hour, 40 minutes later it was 10 minutes then 15 it went on and on for 2 hours, there was no cabs from any other companies avaliable but this company are complete time wasters, luckily we managed to get another company to do what this company couldn't and for cheaper! you would have more luck a magic carpet turning up than this absolute joke of a company!!! And being called a liar and told told to prove I called your number and spoke to them numerous times on the number +442086885757 and a scammer by the company is an absolute joke maybe you could take the reveiw and learn from it to make your company better or.. take your bad review you deserve it! Looking at all the reviews you call every bad one a lie or they are wrong nope its just your bad management!! From a real customer not a scammer or liar 😊 good day to you sir wishing your company well for as long as you can keep it afloat!
