I can thoroughly recommend Rouse Bathrooms for an all-round excellent customer experience. I visited Rouse Bathrooms rather on the off-chance to see their showroom and to get some ideas for a downstairs shower room project. The showroom is something of a surprise, as it is very extensive with a very wide range of fixtures and fittings on display, and is well worth a visit. Sam was actually busy with some new customers but I cheekily listened to the way he was interacting with his new clients. He seemed to know what they wanted before they could fully articulate it themselves, but at the same time wasn’t pushing his ideas onto them. So I booked a time for a consultation. I found Sam could turn our scale drawing of the shower room into an imaginative three-D space in his mind and come up with suggestions for fittings and layout. The vexed business of choosing a good match for wall and floor tiles was quickly solved with Sam’s apparent ability to read our minds and offer possible combinations until we found our match, which we are very pleased with. Between placing the order and the final delivery we needed to revisit some aspects of the shower door, and Sam was extremely helpful here, sending pictures and details via email and even checking out, with another customer he had supplied, that the bi-fold door he had proposed would actually solve our space problem. It did. The items were delivered on time as promised. One fixture couldn’t be used and was refunded without question, and Sam negotiated with the tile supplier for the return of an unused box of tiles. All in all, it was a delight to be advised and supplied by Rouse Bathrooms, and the resulting shower room is a delight to use, so much so that we decided that the upstairs bathroom had to have the same treatment, and Rouse Bathrooms were the obvious and inevitable port of call for this next project. Second time round, with a very different space and a different colour scheme, Sam has once more guided us to what we hope will turn out to be an equally stunning bathroom. A full revamp of a bathroom will be an expensive and somewhat daunting experience. We were extremely glad to have had Sam’s experience assisting us in our choice.

I visited Rouse initially to get some ideas for upgrading our bathroom. Anna was extremely helpful and patient and answered all my queries quickly and efficiently. The whole team were very helpful and didn’t mind my daft questions! The shower cubicle needed to be bespoke and they put my mind at rest that all measurements were correct and that I needn’t worry/panic. The bathroom looks fantastic and we’re so pleased. The after service has also been very good as I needed some extra small parts which were all ordered and delivered efficiently. Good service is definitely hard to find these days but Rouse are definitely the exception. I could not have asked for better service.

Wherever you’re shopping…stop and go to Rouse Bathrooms 🛁 We had an amazing experience with them from start to finish. Until we found Rouse we were really struggling to find examples of things we wanted (difficult to judge quality when only looking online). Their showroom is over two floors and is very extensive, with a big range of different bathroom products and finishes. We were planning both a new bathroom and an update to the en suite at the same time and they made it so easy for us. We made an appointment on an evening after work, and together with the lovely Sam we figured the whole thing out in about 90 minutes. He helped to make the experience incredibly easy with great advice and an amazing amount of knowledge on all of the products! A few other points to note: We used A.A Cooper to take care of the installation - who we would highly recommend after doing a superb job on the fitting. Although we found them ourselves, they actually have a great relationship with Rouse already which made the project really easy - they project managed the whole thing which meant minimum fuss for us! Rouse ordered everything to time perfectly with the progress of the jobs - products arrived on day one of each bathroom project being started. When we did have any small issues - the odd wrong item delivered for example - this was rectified immediately with great communication from Sam. Personal care and attention to the project was outstanding, even responding to our emails/questions late at night. We even had a couple of boxes of tiles left over from the job and Sam went out of his way to come and collect them from us, rather than us having to take them back to the tile supplier in Croydon. Swift refund on those too. We now have 2 new bathrooms which we absolutely love. Couldn’t recommend them enough (and we’re hard to impress! 😆) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to several bathroom showrooms before starting my renovations, but Rouse was the best. Sam is extremely knowledgable about brands and styles (and knows exactly where in the gigantic catalogues to find specific items), quick to respond by email and phone, and went the extra mile (quite literally) to deliver some late-arriving parts in time for my contractors to use. Pro tip: do make an appointment before you go! They're quite busy and may not have time to answer your questions otherwise.

We would not hesitate to recommend Rouse following our recent bathroom renovation. Sam is so helpful and knowledgeable, suggesting options and alternatives to keep our project on budget whilst still supplying quality products. We are so pleased with the results, completed to a high standard with their recommended fitters, and Sam made the whole process very easy for us from front to back. We had our bathroom completely renovated. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us through the design process. We are very pleased with the end result. The bathroom was installed by DS5 Construction to a very high standard. Ivan was most helpful in dealing with issues and nothing was too much trouble. We would happily use Rouse Bathrooms again.

Showroom has a lot of choices. Sam was very helpful( and patient) . We investigated a lot of combinations and prices were competitive.

I have just finished my loft conversation with bathroom suite which is small and i am extremely pleased with the service that i have received from Rouse Bathrooms. Claire helped me to find the perfect tiles and the appropriate furniture to create a beautiful and stylish ensuite that reflects perfectly my own personal taste. Claire supported me step by step from the choice of the tiles, that should reflect the light, to the proper use of the space. I was impressed by the comprehensive range of products to suit any style and need that i have found in the shop. The quality is of high standard. Claire is friendly, very knowledgeable and professional and she made the whole process a wonderful and enjoyable experience. I had an issue with an item that arrived damaged but thanks to Claire the problem was solved promptly. My bathroom is beautiful, well thought out, look neat and stylish. i strongly recommend Rouse Bathrooms and Claire.

I am over the moon with my new, tranquil bathroom. From the first design conversation to the careful selection of high quality products I felt very confident that the end result would be exactly what I wanted. Sam was always super helpful and extremely diligent in terms of customer care throughout and once completed. I would not hesitate to use Rouse again.

Earlier this year we decided to completely have our bathroom refurbished. We visited the Rouse showroom and were very impressed with their range of products and arranged an appointment to discuss and come up with a plan that could work for us. At the meeting with Claire she was very helpful giving us advice on suitable products and after which she came up with a plan and costing. There were a couple of tweaks after this to the plan and the ordering and delivery process went very smoothly. The bathroom was installed in May by A A Cooper who again were very efficient. We have found the service from Claire at Rouse to be excellent and have no hesitation in recommending them and their products.

Sam is incredibly professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I was 7 months pregnant when we had the bathroom done and he made the entire process so simple and easy. This is the one service/contractor that gave us no headache or stress. A year later and we are still very happy with everything in our bathroom.

Although I live nearly 25 miles from West Wickham, I was recommended to visit Rouse Bathrooms by my fitter just to get some ideas. Well, if you’re looking for a new bathroom suite or just to revamp your “small room” then look no further than Rouse Bathrooms. A family run business who are passionate about service to customers. Both Claire and Sam are extremely knowledgeable of all their products. I dealt mostly with Claire as she created my designs and made them come to life, offering great suggestions and advice. My finished ensuite surpassed the look I was aiming for and without exceeding my budget. I still love the “Swirl” Loos which I’ve had installed thanks to Claire! What was a daunting task ahead of me at the planning stage became an enjoyable experience with Claire being there every step of the way. Its very rare still to find companies who provide traditional personal customer service at very competitive prices. I certainly wish Rouse a very long and prosperous business.
